Phone and iPad Repair Wiz

My Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra fell from my lunch bag that was on a buggy at Walmart and unfortunately the phone landed on the screen and i didn't have the front cover on (It's a wallet type case with a magnet) so of course it cracked. Searched and found The Repair Wiz and contacted them through Email and then made an account on their website. I received a text that they didn't have the part (the part being a new screen for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra) and had to order it. It took some time and they worked with me and was able setup an appointment. I used maps to get there and it was a smooth trip got there a little early and the guy started working on it right away. A fair warning the place does look a little shady especially when you get in the building but it was fine just watch your step and follow the signs. So while i waited i watched John Wick on my work phone and it only took the guy 28 mins 17 secs to put the new screen in along with 2 screen protectors. The first layer of the screen protector i took off cause it probably would've fell off anyway + i didn't like it. The second i kept on and only has a couple of very small bubbles at the bottom. Anyways it costed $347.74 for the repair. They accept Cash or Card i went with my card they stuck my card in a card reader i signed my name digitally and the guy gave me a receipt. Overall great service and the guy said there was a warranty on the screen and if something happens to contact them so that's good as well.

The guy that owns this business was very nice. However, my phone screen hasn’t been working properly since it was replaced. The lighting and coloring is really weird. It doesn’t dim like it’s supposed to and doesn’t turn on when I tap it. I’m having the screen re-replaced by Verizon in hopes of a better result.

These people are wonderful. They will repair same day, prices are best around. They guarantee their work. I had an IPad we thought needed a new battery. They replaced the battery twice, turned out to be a problem within the board. They gave me a full refund. So glad I found them. Wouldn’t take devices anywhere else.

We had an iPad with multiple cracks in the glass. Making an appointment at The Repair Wiz was easy. They'd estimated an hour for the repair, and it was done on time and done perfectly. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews but these awesome people deserve one. The screen on my iPad broke. From the recommendation of a friend she referred me to another place in Monroeville. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time. As I handed off my iPad he tells me 1-2 weeks. Website said I hour. Not happy! Left with my iPad in hand. Googled repairs and found this place. Long story short…1 hour repair and done! Great job, looks like brand new! Cheaper than other place. Super nice and friendly people! Highly, Highly recommended! Will tell everyone on how ecstatic I am about them! Great job!

The glass that covers the camera on my phone is broken. I bought a 3 pack of replacement pieces and was going to try to fix it on my own but figured I should take it to a shop that does it for a living. Made an appointment to have it fixed four days ago. Just received an email at 1am this morning saying we don't install third party parts but we can order one for you. I already have 3 so no thanks. I drive a truck cross country and won't be around Burrell for another 2 months. I need this phone fixed for my job. I just lost 4 days to this place, I could have found another phone shop and had it fixed by now but made the appointment because I knew I'd be in town. Now I need to find a place to fix it within a 3 hour window of time before I leave town. Why didn't they tell me this when I made my appointment? They could have even had the piece of glass shipped in by now. What a way to run a business.

I highly recommend this business. I shattered my screen on my iPhone. When I dropped it off I asked about the camera lens because mine was cracked. When I picked up my phone they repaired the camera lens also had a little hiccup with the first replacement screen when I notified them I immediately returned and the problem was fixed. Very professional. Very Friendly n great pricing.

Excellent repair service, originally located in Monreville Mall as iRepair, they stood by their original repair warranty an an iPAD, repaird within 1 hour, both excellent work and trustworthy- strongly recommend.
