My Lenovo Legion laptop was having issues with its fan. I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed what was wrong and ordered the part I needed. Communication was great throughout the delivery and once the part was in my laptop was fixed within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend for anyone with computer issues.

Phone Repair Philly is amazing! They replaced my iPhone screen in maybe 5 minutes. Anthony is so nice, he explained everything and even let me watch him make the repair. From turnaround time, quality of service, and customer car, 5 stars all around.

This place seems very promising in the beginning with their communication but when my laptop was supposed to be completed, the communication stopped. I emailed, texted, and called on Thursday when my laptop was promised to be done "Wednesday, Thursday the latest", I was told that it is not done, maybe Friday. When I called Friday (still no communication), I was told that the part was not delivered and I can track it myself which confused me. I do not know how is their work but their business management needs work.

Repair was cheaper than other locations and I was able to get an appointment quickly after my screen cracked.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. My phone randomly shut off and wouldn’t turn on 2 and a half months after I got my screen repaired here. Took it to the Apple Store and there was internal damage to my phone and since the repair was within 90 days to when I took to the Apple Store, the tech squad at Apple attributed the damage to when I got my phone repaired here. Nevertheless, now I have Apple care and will not be coming back.

Reply to Owner: Not sure how you spoke to apple about a phone not in my name in 10 minutes, but it wasn't $200 worth of damage. Apple had my phone for a few days and said the parts damaged were irreparable and I had to get a new phone. They weren't even able to recover any previous data

Came in as a walk in and they were able to replace my phone screen within an hour. No hassle and overall a great experience.

Got a fresh screen for my Moto G7 at the NoLibs location on 2nd Street and they did a phenomenal job. They had to order it and UPS took their sweet time delivering it, but that's not on these guys. When it finally arrived, they had the screen replaced in under 75 minutes and it looks and works great. Thanks so much guys!

Came in with a water damaged phone I wasn't sure I was going to be able to ever use again, made an appointment online the night before and dreading the huge price tag it was gonna cost me, these guys had me in and out in 45 minutes for only $50. Incredible! Apple store would've been multiple hundreds for sure, I will always refer my friends and peers with damaged phones to check this business out!

I just wasted 150$ on the “premium” screen. Started to get white lines and dead pixels on my screen AND even after they “fixed” same thing happened a couple days later. Waste of my money and time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Prices on the website are wrong, it says $80 for a regular screen replacement and that they give penn/Drexel students $20 off. I was charged $90 and only got a $10 discount plus taxes, fees, and tip so I still ended up paying $100. Plus I showed up for a 12: 15 appointment at 12: 10 and was told the phone guy went to lunch but he’d be back soon. Employees should absolutely get a lunch break, but why book appointments during it? Just as I was about to give up on waiting he walked in, took about 10 minutes to change my screen. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Easy and painless replacement of my screen. Informative answers for all my questions. Took only 5-10 minutes for the whole process.

This past Thursday I went to the Center City location to get a non-responding glitch resolved on my phone and within minutes it was done. Collin was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient and really helpful with other phone and computer questions. I was referred to PRP by my daughter who was also positively impressed. I will continue to go here with any issues in the future. I hope to get Collins expertise again!
