Physical Therapy at St. Luke's - Anderson reviews
15Everyone at this facility is kind and accommodating. It felt very welcoming at each visit. I was extremely grateful for Tom Sadler & Lauren Kramer who worked with me after my total knee replacement. They are exceptional, knowledgeable, caring therapist who went above & beyond for me on multiple occasions. They pushed me when I needed it, which helped me mentally and physically. I don’t think I would have done this well rebounding without the team at St. Luke’s Physical Therapy Anderson Campus. Thank you for your patience answering my many questions and for treating me so well.
Brad (Hand Therapy) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My biggest fear with having carpel tunnel release surgery was the support needed after my surgery! When I say Brad was AMAZING, I MEAN it 10000000%. He is like meeting a new old friend! I'm only sad that today was my last day of Therapy! THANK YOU BRAD for making my experience the at St. Luke's the BEST EVER!
Brad Hess treated my tennis elbow. Great results and great experience. Always explains what the treatments are and what the purposes are. Very professional and personable manner.
Very nice facility at Anderson campus. Brad & Heather have been a godsend in helping my hand to recover without complications. Thank you so much guys!
Brad Hess, the therapist for my hand injury was wonderful. He explains every exercise and measures my performance at each visit. He is personable and makes his clients feel welcome. Brad answered any question I had. He is extremely knowledgeable about the hand and the function of the tendons, etc highly recommend!
Amazing place. Really caring staff and they are really great at what they do. I have been coming here since 2013 due to a chronic condition in my foot. They are awesome!
I started OT/PT about 15 weeks ago. I couldn’t really move my arm and was in extreme pain when sitting and standing. After 5 visits some symptoms changed and some got better. Brad who worked on my arm was absolutely amazing! His care method and attitude in general were extremely calming and reassuring. He constantly strived to make sure I wasn’t in any pain and looked for different ways he could improve my care. I would highly recommend going to see Brad for any of your OT needs. Lauren and Tom who did my PT were absolutely amazing. They both took the time to get to know my issue and provide options for exercises I could do comfortably at home to help improve my pain. I would again recommend either of them for PT services. If you are looking for a different level of care and want to feel your recovery is important then definitely check out PT at the Andersen Campus.
Guys are the absolute best! Tom and Lauren were absolutely fantastic in my many visits to PT
Brad, Beth and Heather were exceptional with providing OT for my hand. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable
Tom and Lauren are awesome, they had me do exercises that where tailored to my problem, and would make adjustments when it did not help. I will always came back to the both of them when I need help.
Bradley is a great physical therapist
Hi, help me get better, and hi was super helpful.
I have been coming here for a while now and Tom and Lauren have done a great job with all of the therapy I had done. I recommend them for anyone in need of therapy.
I went for hand therapy with Brad hess. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was having chest pains the one day and he took my vitals and pushed me in a wheelchair all the way down to the emergency room, stayed to make sure I was ok and even called the next day to check on me. O would recommend him to everyone.
Anytime I need physical therapy I will go here. I first came here in 2020 for PT on an old left knee injury (from a hiking accident 7 years ago). They got me running again in 2020. Then I reinjured it playing softball and ended up with arthroscopic surgery. The surgeon cleaned up my meniscus and confirmed an ACL tear. I came back to this PT clinic for post-surgery rehab (Dec 2022) because I liked the group here so much. I worked with Tom and Lauren. And they are simply the best! I ask a lot of questions and they never made feel stupid for asking. They were very good at giving instruction on specific exercises. And were always attentive. I was always learning something new. I'm actually kind of sad that I'm done with PT because I enjoyed coming here every week. But I know where to go and who to recommend in the future. This group. Because they are amazing!
