I waited 6 months for an appointment for a routine visit. On the morning on my appointment, they cancelled it because i was under 21. Well the first time i went to Dr. Melissa Marji, she was awful, rude, and i waited an hour for her to come in and do absolutely nothing for me. I asked her if she could change my birth control pill to an implant and she gave me a hard time about it. She said i can either get the patch or nothing at all. She was so rude i ended up leaving in tears. Awful practice. Should be shut down also very rude to medicaid patients.

I transferred here from the other Physicians Health Alliance office on 748 Quincy Ave because I was not satisfied there and was SO much happier here. Dr. Davis was able to see me quickly and remove my cyst before I was even able to get a follow up ultrasound appointment at the other office. Dr. Davis is an amazing doctor! So glad to have had him helping me. I felt heard and he understood my pain. I highly recommend this office as well as Dr. Davis! I can’t say enough good things, thank you Dr. Davis for making this process as painless as possible!

Terrible if i could rate zero i would. I was put of a birth control and i was having terrible problems with it. I called in the morning right when they opened and i was put on hold and then to a voice mail. I never received a call back. Then next day i called in excruciating pain and was then again transferred to voicemail without a call back. I called again later in the day was put on hold and after almost 10 Minutes was given someone but then the women on the phone hung up when i was speaking. And i did not receive a call back from them. I called my primary physician to get my issue cleared up. BUT IT HAS BEEN DAYS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM MY FIRST INITAL VOICEMAIL A WEEK AGO. I have been a patient for years and i like my doctor but because of the desk and nurse staff i will be transferring facilities. You would think that they would care more about their jobs and how they treat people.

I absolutely love DR. Naim. He is very caring and professional. What I really appreciate is that he remembers me and my situations.

I've been with this office for almost 5 years now and have only had the best experience and care. Staff have always professional and friendly.

Old ladies at reception get irritated and agitated and are always rude and rolls eyes if you for some reason want to make changes, looks like they are scolding you for changing the appointment, horrible front desk, shame on them for being so rude in the health industry in regards to patient care, if the owner cares for his practice something should be done for a better patient service and a good reputation.
Never seen such unprofessional and incompetent people. Shame!
