The staff in the Service department are always polite and professional. Service reports include a video report of your car. I’ve been taking my cars for service over 10 years. An excellent company.

Buyer beware! The experience in attempting to buy a new car was horrendous. First, they started with a classic bait and switch. They advertised a new Tiguan for $28,695, which got us in the door as it seemed like a great price. Once we got there, test-drove it, and loved it, they informed us that the car was actually significantly more expensive because “certain discounts that wouldn’t apply to [us] were applied to the online ad, so [our] price would be higher. ” Completely dishonest and shameless on their part. Nonetheless, we insisted on a better price than they originally told us after the bait and switch. They assured us they got us closer to the price we asked for, and starting lining up the paperwork. We even submitted our $10,000 down payment check based on their representations that they’d sell to us at the price we asked. They went so far as to take the plate off my trade-in car and put it on the new car before blindsiding us with the full contract. Aside from them charging several thousand more than what they told us before we started to go through with the deal, there were fees, fees, and more hidden fees that we were learning about for the first time. In particular, there was a $799.99 fee, with no explanation on the contract of what it was for. The salesman and manager explained this was for a protection plan, which I then explained I didn’t want. The manager’s response to this was that he’d get rid of that charge, but getting rid of it would then somehow raise my monthly payment. He tried explaining that the finance company needed us to pay a certain amount for them to give us the interest rate we had, which made no sense whatsoever. After all this, we refused to sign a contract for almost $34,000 when we came in to look at the $28,695 Tiguan, so we nixed the deal, MORE THAN FIVE HOURS AFTER ARRIVING. We knew there were going to be some taxes and fees, but it was clear they intended to keep us waiting as long as possible to tire us out, make it seem like we’d reached a point of no return by switching my license plate and having us sign several documents, and THEN blindsiding us with all the additional nonsense charges. As a bonus, they then refused to give my $10,000 check back because they claimed it was in a deposit area which nobody who was present could access. They claimed that if the check had already cleared, they’d write us a check on Monday (this horrible experience was on a Saturday) to reimburse us, but after 5 hours of deception, I felt I had no choice but to call the police to document the interaction and call my bank to put a stop on the check. These people are shameless, and I advise very strongly to not deal with them. Salesman was Sal/Saul, but unfortunately we didn’t get the manager’s name. It’s a shame, my wife had a relatively positive experience buying her car here around 4 years ago, but we will never return after the way we were treated.

After dealing with another local dealership and having a not so great experience, I came to Piazza to buy a certified pre-owed VW SUV. Sal Torres was awesome—genuine, kind and helpful. He made the process easy and simple. Drove away with my new ride within 3 hours of arriving. Highly recommend Piazza and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I wandered in to Piazza VW after a long and disappointing day of car shopping to test drive a GTI and cheer myself up. Earlier in the morning, I found out my trade-in value was well below my loan payoff.we're talking THOUSANDS. I was met with norhing but enthusiasm and determination to make the best deal happen, one that made sense for me financially. Denyse and the Piazza VW team worked well beyond closing time to ensure I walked away a happy customer.job well done. Best car shopping experience I've ever had!

I found a used car on their website. Spoke to the salesman and had an appointment to see and hopefully purchase the vehicle. Received vg ed text and email from the salesman to confirm the appointment. When I got there I was told the vehicle was already sold. Stay away from this dealer!

If you want professionalism, non-pushy sales people and attention to detail then ask for Christian Graverson. My mom who lives in NJ was coming off a lease in NJ and needed a new car urgently. I live in Dallas TX but I take care of most of the matters for my mom. I called many VW dealerships in the tri-state area and came across very rude and unprofessional sales people. Thankfully, I found Piazza VW and it was the complete opposite of what I was experiencing so far. From the very first phone call to getting the keys of the new vehicle was just an amazing experience. They managed all the paperwork over the phone/email, and made it a seamless experience. They knew the car was for my mom and went the extra mile to take care of her. They deliver vehicles nationwide, just ask for Christian and he’ll take care of you. Highly Recommended!

My husband went in to check out a used car and was treated rudely. He wanted to deal with the sales guy he had spoken to over the phone but upon arrival the guy didnt come to meet with him and the guy that did come out was rude and unprofessional.

Do not trust Christian. He is sales manager, but he gave me a fake deal and i wasted my 3 hours waiting. Don't trust him, he lies pretty well.

Spent enough time at this lot today to get a gauge of how they do business. Our rep didn’t seem like a bad guy but he made a promise that was never intended to be kept, based off an assumption. That’s the first issue. But still I was mulling over the options. The finance manager, while being rude and snippy the entire encounter, wasn’t pleasant at all and had the nerve to rush us! Telling us how she had kids who were waiting for her “but no pressure”. And this is after we sat around for hours waiting for them to handle their end of the deal, ALL WHILE IN FREEZING AC, she still had the nerve to rush us as if we were inconveniencing her! Even with my rep putting his foot down his throat, I was still considering things. But her attitude made me not want to give them a penny of my hard earned money nor a second more of my time. I wish I knew her name, but needless to say they’d never get my business or that of any of my loved ones. Hope it was worth it sis! Also make sure you TRIPLE CHECK your paperwork for any promises that weren’t filled.

Weirdly can’t wait to need a car again — apparently buying a car is actually a good experience now? Only dilemma is I’m gonna want this same car again. (Not same model. Same. Exact. Car.)

Called and asked about a truck. Gave them an offer and told them we were open to talking numbers. No one ever called us back! Apparently they don’t need any business. The thing is I would have payed the asking price but thought I would start a thousand or two below and go from there. Save your time folks go elsewhere!

Awesome dealer. Went from NJ to this dealer over advertised price waiting for that let down at signing. Never happened. Price went down. Yes you read that right. Set a price I wanted to be at they beat it by a mile! What a huge surprise. A great vehicle 2018 Tiguan and an awesome experience! Easy to deal with and did my NJ paperwork as well. Also far cheaper then it would have cost in NJ! Thank you Piazza VW I'm a customer for life.

My sister and I went to the dealer on a Saturday around 5pm. We told the salesmen that my sister who’s 17 turning 18 next week that she’s looking for a new car because she is getting inheritance money next week to buy a new car. We test drove 5 cars at reedman and toll next door and had no issues. He informed us that she may not be able to drive a car because of her age which I understand since I work at a honda dealership. When he returned with General manager I assume they informed us she would not be able to drive a car until she is 18. We were totally fine with this however they did not even offer to show us a car or to have me drive the car. If this salesmen was smart he would have done this. (Mind you this dealership did not have 1 customer in it) the main reason for this review I went to the restroom before we left and the way the building is setup it’s like a maze and you can’t see where people are around the corner. The sales manager was joking with a salesmen and rudely talking about us as if we left. This was a cash deal potentially leading to two other cars 3 total. However we will take our business to reedman and toll.

This was my first time leasing/buying a car. I went to a few places before going to this one and I chose this dealership because they offered me a deal I could not refuse. Everyone was super nice and my experience was perfect. Michael and Tony were great and I am super happy!

Great service department - my dashboard lights were like a Christmas tree I had so many on at once; Frank takes the time to explain the services and ongoing car care. Service area is clean and scheduling service is easy.
