8 EXCELLENT!
My daughter is 9-years old and was nervous about getting her ears pierced. We did not initially plan on getting them done here, but I am extremely happy that we did! The lady was very friendly, helpful, and talked my daughter through the process so that she felt comfortable.
My daughter did not even flinch! The piercings went super-smooth and without incident. The earrings were great quality and everyone loves the final result.
I highly recommend this place!
If I could give 10 I would. I wish I thought to ask the man's name that did my 7 year olds piercing! He was amazing. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend them to anyone!
Got my daughters ears pierced and left in a matter of minutes. The sales people didn't push the more expensive ear rings so that was great.

I had the best experience here. Kyle assisted me and my boyfriend while we searched for jewelry. He was kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He really cared about my opinion while also giving some of his own. He was so patient which I really appreciate. He loves what he does and it definitely shows, physically and internally.
Nice sales person but performed too many transactions on several customer before performing piercings. Wait had to be 20- 30 minutes.

Ridiculous how I come at prime time at the mall and am sitting here waiting for an employee to show up for 15 minutes!
