Pike County Licensing, Milford PA

Never thought I'd be happy to work with any DMV related functions but here we are. The people that work here are so friendly I almost want to need to get more paperwork from the state regarding their primary functions which are plates/registration/etc.

Came here on a Saturday morning was helped out efficiently and with the upmost respect I have ever gotten from any establishment. I recommend any licensing issues for anyone to come here. The young man at the counter was amazing and took care of me

I used to live in N. J.and dealing with motor vehicle was a nightmare. Here someone saw me within two minutes. I was done five minutes later. The woman who took care of me was friendly knowledgeable and smiled it was great.

Came to transfer title and registration. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Staff was nice and processed my request quickly.

The ladies working at this location are such a pleasure to deal with! Very helpful and efficient at their jobs!

Busy.weekend, the ladies were fast efficient and friendly reducing the line. Their fee was a little high, but that's what you get when you pay for a quality service.

This was a good place to Register our vehicles. They are efficient, know the Regulations to Register vehicles for PA.
It has Handicap Parking and a wood ramp a bit steep but the door is a regular glass door tight turn.
You will need your Checkbook or Cash (there's an ATM on-site). They have a variety of other services including Notary and take Passport photos.
Workers are very helpful and nice.

I recently moved from NJ to PA and registered and retitled both my vehicles and also had some documents notarized at this location. I can't say enough good things about the experience. There was no line, no wait and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Each vehicle registration took approximately 10 minutes. Such a pleasant contrast to what I was used to in NJ where going to the DMV to accomplish the same would have required taking a day off work and waiting for hours in an overcrowded facility.

I have been to Pike County Licensing twice and both times the staff was very professional. They helped my husband and I get the handicap plates that we thought we would have problems getting.

Despite all of the 5 star reviews I found the staff to be very rude and unpleasant. I went in said good morning and was not even greeted. Additionally, when asking questions they were completely unhelpful and RUDE. These women need some training in customer service. Just because you’re miserable doesn’t mean you should treat customers in such a distasteful manner. PLEASE get some new staff who are pleasant…

I've been going to Pike County Licensing for many years. I find the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with any needs I have. I highly recommend them.

When keeping the doors open depends on customer satisfaction, good service is the natural outcome. Privatized DMV is the way to go. Great service!

Excellent experience! Woman who waited on me was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Transferred an antique car to my name. Whole process took less than 15 minutes.

No nonsense, friendly, quick efficient.
Visited to transfer title and register newly purchased motorcycle and learned I needed a photo of Vin b/c it was purchased from out of state.
Came back next day with photo and was in and out in a few minutes. Both days no line. On 2nd day 3 or 4 customers came in while my documents were being printed but nobody had to wait to see a clerk.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the photo of the Vin which I could have found out with a phone call.

Parking available directly in front of building both times, free 2 hr parking.

I'm giving a one star view despite amazing service I received from one lovely woman. The state incorrectly remover my plate from the system and she was like enough to try to help me. While being visibly upset and shaken because I did not do anything wrong and now had to go to court and pay higher fees a young staff member began to belittle me, threatened to make me leave, and told me this wasn't her problem. I was so upset I nearly left. This girl was so horrible and her coworkers all defended her and ganged up on me while I cried. Don't go here unless you're desperate.
