I always have a great experience here. Oscar is very helpful and accommodating! His prices are good in these trying days w/his hard labor. He even fixed my fav cushioned flip flip from Kohl’s. I was gonna trash it then thought to ask him. Amazing! Sometimes, esp Sat.morn, there is the added Bonus of seeing Lou there. He always asks how you are and shares wisdom.

They did a great job with every shoe that I’ve ever brought to them. They have extended the life of some of my favorite shoes. I’ll use them again and again.

I’ve been going here to get my top of the line shoes (Santoni, Ferragamo, Gucci, etc.) and some regular branded ones serviced since the last 10+ years and have seen the store handed over from Lou to Frank to Oscar now without affecting their tradition of first class service & craftsmanship. Now that I’ve moved across the country I still plan to make use of their services via FedEx. People in the area do not miss this place it is one of the best! Oscar will not disappoint.

I would highly recommend Pilgrim Shoe Repair if you're looking to rejuvenate or extend the life your well-loved (and worn) shoes. Oscar did a wonderful job resoling my Frye boots and repairing the damaged zipper on the left boot. The service cost $130.00, which is about one third the price of a new pair, and took one week to complete. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the work and I'm glad that I'll have these shoes for many more years to come.

I had a pair of Jordans repainted by this shoe repair store, and the paint started to peel/chip after about 3 times wearing the shoes to the point that I had to retire them. Friendly individuals work at the store, but I would never trust them again with a pair of my shoes.

Best shoe repair in the tri-state area. Oscar is wonderful and a true craftsman! This is the only shoe repair we use even though we now live in Exton!

If you don't care about your shoes and you don't care about giving them your pick up ticket and them still not being able to find your shoes because they obviously have no system for the storage of the shoes they "fix", AND you don't care about going back to them twice to pick up your shoes and the work still not being done BOTH times.then this is your place! However if you care about your shoes I advise you not to go here.
