6Kids run at large, hosting combat tournaments in the road. If you have nice cars they get towed away while you’re at work. Don’t have any trees, they fine you for sticks. If you have a friend over more than 3 times a year the Gastapo will request all identification and genetic testing on your guest. Refusing results in losing your lease and 25 lashings for being insubordinate.
The Manager of this place is a joke. High prices, rules of park is a joke.
The Manager makes things up that works for her.
My Aunt and Uncle live in this neighborhood and I absolutely love it here. The homes are adorable. With what looks like the option to do add ons. Such as a deck or a cute porch. The yard is a decent size. It's a clean, quiet place, where the neighbors are friendly. The inside is also pretty spacious. I would highly recommend these homes for singles, couples and, even small families.
