Terrible management and neighbors (not all). Trash will collect in the parking lot for days. No respect for the property you live in. Put your money else where.

This place is awesome. A lot reviews on here are from entitled people who didn’t get their way and decide to throw a fit online. This place isn’t rundown and management is amazing, compared to previous managers. The Pines is also next to Peachtree which is great if you need to grab a bite to eat. I recommend living at the Pines! You won’t regret it!
