Pink Nails Day Spa

Went for a pedicure. Each time I got relaxed I was bombarded with people asking charging and demanding to massage me. I kindly said no I'm fine. They came back again saying I need massage. I ended up paying over $130 then they wanted tips for every person that touched my arm. I will never go back again. Please let the customer relax!

I love my nails I’m happy with this place there very nice always welcome walk-ins and I’m glad there there I had Sofia she did amazing job on my eagles nails

Not a fan of their prices or customer service. They don’t do a bad job but I pay for the experience as well, and it’s just not it for me. The hours are super convenient but other than that, wouldn’t bother.

They charged me an extra $15 per service that’s not on there price list I took my niece there to get her nails done the lady did not complete her full nails I had to go over it they don’t have a set price list it’s always ppl touching you all at once then expect a tip per person when we where done I paid and gave the lady a tip the other lady chased me down demanding a tip as well because she helped out the other staff that where already taking care of us

No wait.great technicians. They will do mutilate services at once. Mani & massage; pedi, mani, & massage. They know how to multi-task!

When I came in I was asked what I wanted twice by a woman who appeared to be the manager. Both times I told her I wanted my acrylics soaked off. When I sat down the same woman proceeded to use a plastic nail tip to pry my acrylics off, leaving white marks on a few of my fingers. Another women then came to do my manicure. She was constantly asking what color I wanted even though my hands were being worked on and I didn’t have any time to look through their options. As I was finishing up, the woman asked if I was tipping since my sister payed. After I told her no she asked 3-4 more times. I have been here multiple times before. They usually do pretty good work but they lack in service depending on the day and the manager. Sometimes it seems like they care more about speed and how much money you spend over the comfort of the customer.

I absolutely love this place. Their jelly pedicure is one of the best pedicures I have ever had! They are super gentle with everything they do. They actually talk to and ask you about how your doing and always make sure your comfortable. They also remember after a couple visits which is really nice. My nail tech did a great job with the design I wanted last time. Beautiful colors to choose from. I also love the way they do my eyebrows, even go them darker. This place is never really busy on Sunday and they are open till 10pm. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing day. Facial and massagea are also great here. I will be coming back every month. Found a nail place!

I live 46 minutes away and still drive to Pink to get a pedicure and a massage. I'm the type that won't wear shoes or socks if I can get away with flip flops so I need my feet to look you know, not a nightmare. Pink does an amazing job. I wanted orange because it's fall and they chose a specific pumpkin color and added glitter on top. Super adorable. The massages are out of this world. When I am having a stressful week, I dream of those massages, I work at a desk 8+ hours a day so my body gets those knots behind the shoulder blade. The massage therapist can get them out without making me feel like I just got beat up. They also offer a jelly pedicure which no other salon in 46 minutes offer. They are always on top of their game and know what's trending. They also don't talk anything negative about their clients, one of my favorite things to listen to when I try a new salon. I don't look Vietnamese but I can understand it and you'll be shocked how common it is for nail salons to talk trash about their clients but not Pink, they don't judge.

This place is awesome.a little pricey… but clean & very professional. The owner can be rude sometimes. Other than that the staff are very polite & respectful.

Don’t trust your nails here people. The technician used a power grinder first to remove traces of my old gel manicure and then again more aggressively to prep and ‘buff’ my nails but they became so very thin and some were actually painful. When I spoke with the manager she said that the grinding was necessary to get a good adherence for the manicure to last. The tips of my nails began tearing days later so the manicure didn’t last anyway and worse now three weeks later they are still tender and so thin they continue to tear. I went to another salon and she does not want to touch them until my nails completely grow out. Pics are of the mess I am still dealing with.

Staff is very mannerless. They don’t know how to talk with customers. Not satisfied at all. Their prices fluctuate every day person to person one day before the price for waxing is 25 but next day they said it’s 30 when I discussed they showed very unprofessional behavior and said me to go … I suggest all to not use their services until they know the importance of customers…. Very rude behavior ……

Worker abuse. You literally have no break working here and the pay is horrible. The owner calls you in to work even on your days off. This is not right!

The past few times I have been here the experience was horrible. A few weeks ago I went for a pedicure with my aunt and they left a puddle of polish in my cuticles. I Went today for a refill and it was suggested to get new acrylic as mine was old. No problem! She ripped part of my nail off to the nub trying to get the acrylic off so clearly it was not old and “lifting” half way through a guy came to finish and he used the drill all over my cuticles that now hurt. He left bubbles in the gel coat. He shaped a nail so pointy I could use it as a weapon. I requested almond shape. I paid 60 dollars for nails that do not look good at all. Even though this location is up the street from my house and super convenient, I will not be returning.

I got a full set with my sister. I absolutely love the nails and the people who helped us were amazing. The issues I had though is that the price wasn't really as forward as it should've been from the start. Their website had stated a full set was $35 and I only discovered after my nails had been done that their board for pricing had an additional plus sign to the $35. I also got gel nails without meaning to because I was told to pick a color and so I did, later finding out (when paying) that it was gel and not regular polish. Both me and my sister though expressed to each other afterwards that we felt our nails were shaved down a bit too much to the point it caused pain. My sister also got injured while her excess cuticle skin was being removed. The place was lovely and our nail tech was absolutely amazing but I don't think we will go again due to pricing.

I got a manicure and the lady cut the heck out of my cuticles. I was bleeding. I don't think they even sanitize the equipment. Never again.

Had a group of 5 for a mother's day treat. Unfortunately we were split up based on services we were getting. 3 of the group were absolutely pampered in the back. Wine, water and multiple people working on them. When my manicure was done the other 2 of our party we went in the back to talk with the rest of our group. That's when we realized we didn't get the same treatment as the others in my party. Massage was good, nails are nice. Just upset they separated us. We did ask if we could go back there & we were told that i couldn't get my manicure back there. Although 3 of the party were getting manicures while getting pedicures.
