This place is nasty rude staff and doc he really hurt me careless to his patients. He rough and he really don’t care its all about the insurance money.the wait was three hrs long and the place smells like onions.

I have had two appointments with two different doctors scheduled in the past two weeks at this practice. Both times I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to be told there are still patients in front of me. I have been at this office so late in the day, waiting past my scheduled appointment time, that the office staff LEFT.

Totally unprofessional.

If I could give it zero stars I would I do like Dr Scott Rosenthal but the staff is unprofessional and lazy I guess they are a product of the manager Tracy. I couldn’t get my hip injection because they are to lazy to call the insurance company to get the correct billing code and want to keep making excuses without calling the insurance company who keep telling me that’s the problem. I’m a business owner and I never write bad reviews but this lazy staff gets a F- from me but the doctors get and A+ But your only as strong as your weakest link.

This place is a joke! They schedule patients on top of patients. My sons mother had a prescription that they messed up and she has been out of and shaking uncontrollably and they said she had to come in. She got there for her appointment early and the place was packed! Standing room only in the hallway, big red flag. Waited until a half hour after the appointment they said you have patient's in front of you.

Then find out another patient was waiting until 1030! Can hear the doctor in the back talking on the phone to his bank about his wife credit card. While patients are like sweating in wheelchairs out front just trying to get help.

Dr Ron Lincow diagnosed my sons foot correctly as Complex regional pain syndrome which was causing extreme pain and then performed a lumbar sympathetic block which took all of the pain away! It was a miracle for us and we are extremely grateful! Five stars from our family!

Very disgusted by how unorganized and messy this office is. Office manager is very rude to patients.

I must say I dont understand how this office manager Tracey is even there, most disrespectful woman I've ever come across in this line of work. She not only belittles the patients but she bullies her fellow coworkers in front of the patient's. Very unprofessional, doctors are great I must say. You guys need to immediately get rid of this woman and her power trip she is on. I would definitely return with my clients if this woman was no longer there, we will be going somewhere else until than.

Looked like a place where people only go to see what kind of drugs they can get. Some were looking for pills and when they found out they dont give that there, they left. Some are looking for marijuana. Appt was for 1230 at 145 I left bec Dr.didnt call me yet. Looked like one big unorganized mess. Ill never go back again.

Worse Doctor that Ive ever been to. Very unconcerning and Disrespectful to thjer Patients. Terrible Doctor! If U in Pain
