Jacklyn Williams is the only reason my husband and I are still with this office; SHE IS FANTASTIC!
However, Dr Reed is only concerned with Covid and everything in his opinion is Covid! He was willing to see our infant, but due to Covid would not touch her or properly evaluate her. She was refusing to drink bottles and we were very concerned for her. He was too concerned with Covid to take care of his patient. We then decided to move her to an official pediatrician, who saw her while wearing PPE and diagnosed her with an ear infection and did a rapid Covid test which was negative. Once she recovered from the ear infection she was healthy again, but no thanks to Dr Reed!
I contacted the office regarding my own health and was told they are not seeing patients in the office because of Covid. They offered me a telehealth visit or I could go to Urgent Care. This is a HUGE disservice to your patients! I realize Covid is still a concern, but you are a doctor's office and need to help your patients! I reluctantly took the televisit, which Dr Brophy was 15 minutes late to, he then prescribed me medication that was way too excessive for my symptoms and tried to prescribe me a medication I am allergic to! He was done "examining" me and with the call in 7 minutes!
Yes, I "saw" a doctor and have been prescribed antibiotics. And yes, the medical professionals need to take their own safety into consideration during this pandemic. However, this is not an acceptable level of medical care for your patients. What if I was not aware the medication included a medication I am allergic to? What if I had a more severe medical condition that he would only be able to diagnose with his medical tools?
This practice needs to evaluate how to better take care of their patients!

Dr. Hopper is amazing. She listened to all my concerns (no matter how small) and I never felt rushed or pushed out the door. Definitely felt comfortable here and I’m glad this is now my primary care doctor!
