Have been going here for 25-30 years, my husband needed stitches and they had no interest in helping him told him to go to an Urgent Care facility.

I am so thankful for Fisher Road Practice! The people at the front are very helpful. The MAs are friendly and talk to me like I'm a person, not just a set of vitals. And, Dr. Schwartz is just the BEST EVER! He is a wonderful doctor and a very caring and compassionate man! He never rushes through an appointment. He is patient and always takes time to really listen to me, understand me and talk WITH (not at) me. Before ending an appointment, he makes sure I don't have any questions and that I understand any changes in medication or anything else that we discussed during the appointment. I am blessed to have him as my doctor!

Good place so far. Quick responses and nice staff.

Absolutely do not recommend this practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. Patient care is nonexistent. These doctors will just write off any of your medical concerns or throw medications at you, just to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

I had a physical with giving blood and had the results that evening/night. Fast, friendly, and convenient. App works very well as well.

I have been with them since I was born in 1986! I will never go anywhere else. Sarah Sturgis has been a true life saver she was the main person in my life when faced with stage 4 cancer. The staff doesn't know just how much they do touch lives! Always willing to go above and beyond when you don't expect it. They have helped me beyond visits and medication. They treat you like a person not a number or case load.

I have a lot of anxiety regarding Healthcare in the US, but everyone I've encountered in this office has been absolutely wonderful to work with, kind, caring, and great at whar they do, especially Dr. Vyas!

If i could give them no stars i would.so we all know there is an Adderall shortage. I get it.but when Erika the "manager" tells someone with an OFFICIAL diagnosis of ADHD, not ADD (that's when going to see a neuropsychologist and have 4 hr testing done to be diagnosed with ADHD FYI). That it's not a life saving medication.who in ur right mind gives u the right to say that.it's not life saving.its health saving.you also just can't have a patient come off of medication that you normally have to ween off.that's poor facts and heath providing because the next thing u know I could have committed suicide you never know (i was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder yea yea so was everyone and their mama) getting a code of conduct paper bc I was FORCED to yell, bawl my eyes out just to get something done with this staff and doctors. I FOUGHT FOR MYSELF so sue me.i told the staff that if he didnt send the script in that i was going in to talk to my doctor i was done going through staff.never said i was going to yell but if i show up then stuff gets done we all know this.that medication helps focus the pain im having which i now have had to wait a week with torturous pain now just to have a 3hr spinal surgery on monday.didnt call u bc I DONT TRUST YOU im scared for my health maybe my life bc of this office. Gary Swartz is my doctor and he has not called, messaged so there is NO compassion i found Adderall at a rite aid (no one at my office told me CVS called and said they didnt have it) but he thought he was waiting days to fill out the script to send in. NOPE NO NOT HAPPENING! I'm not blaming everyone, there's nice people who work there but the nasty bad attitude who hate there jobs who have NO compassion (this includes your run of the day money hungry Doctor who only went to med school because that would make then alot of money) I won't blame everyone but just beware this office changed for the WORST when it stopped being Shepherdstown Family Practice. Gary Schwartz and Staff, Banani Saha (she needs to be checked for dementia never has straight answers or never writes correct notes down) don't use them as your doctors it's a waste. I know UPMC will give me some dumb automated response to this message.please save it you don't care and I'm in to much pain to make the effort to call. GET YOUR OFFICE IN LINE THEY DROP THE BALL ONE TO MANY TIMES.you don't get a 2.8 star on Google for nothing.

All I'm going to say is don't miss an appointment. I've never missed an appointment until this month. I've been going there for years. I honestly missed one, totally forgot, and you would think I messed up their entire practice. They send you a passive aggressive email through the UPMC portal basically telling you if you continue to miss they will cut you from the practice. Then they send you the same message in an actual letter. I wish every time an appointment was cancelled randomly on me, those doctors who decided to cancel would also get the same messages. Doctors are supposed to care for you but if you make one mistake. Who cares about your health! You affected OUR schedule so SEE YA! Certain doctors and nurses here are great don't get me wrong, but the practice does not give a warm and welcoming feeling if that's what you are looking for.

Great practice! They do seem to take an hour for you to wait when your appointment is supposed to start but a staff member was very kind and told me the doctor was running late. Now yes this isn’t the first time but I do have a great doctor! That was my only complaint.

My comments about the entire staff are long overdue. Our family has been with this office 25 years. They are responsive, proactive, professional and kind. If we've needed a specialist, the appointment is made sometimes same day. We have peace of mind with this staff. Thank you.

They're double billing me for an appointment. The billing specialist I talked to kept interrupting me while I was asking for an explanation and kept telling me to take it up with the insurance company (who was also on the line since it was a 3 way call). Going to this place was a mistake.
