6Horrible customer service (the employee Keith was screaming and cursing at me for showing up when I was told to pick up my vehicle from them and the insurance company) the work they performed was horrible and they should read up on what theft of services is it might save their selves a AG suit
They did a great job repairing my Volvo. Any issues that I had, they were will to help. Great body work and customer service. I recommend Pioneer Auto Body.
Poor customer service and communication. Kept delaying without notifying. Overall craftsmanship was pedestrian at best.
