Pipeline Philadelphia Coworking and Shared Offices reviews
5 I really like this co-working space. I joined in June of this year since I work from home and wanted more social interaction and just a change in scenery from home and/or coffee shops. There are SO MANY PROS! Nice building, super clean, it is open 24/7 and there is 24/7 security, exclusive building access (you need a pass to access the elevator and all passes are specific to your work floors), membership comes with access to their gym, I've met some really cool people with super diverse career backgrounds and the manager, Mimi, is fabulous!
I travel a lot for my job so I opted to use their open space tier, which works perfect for me. I also like that they have a lot events in the space, so it's great from a networking perspective as well. Pipeline>>>>>>WeWork!
Used a dedicated desk here for a month. Open seating, but secure. 24/7 access. Setup process was straightforward and fast without all the back and forth I've experienced in established coworking spaces like WeWork. Pricing was better than market rate for the location (minutes from City Hall and all major public transit) and a gorgeous well-lit view. Building also has a gym and shower for a nominal monthly fee; very convenient!
This coworking space is incredible! The Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists have been hosting our monthly membership meetings there for nearly 4 years and it's always had the best customer service, hospitality, and inclusivity. We appreciate their intention on being a diverse space for all who go there and we love the modern decor/feel of the venue. Definitely a must-go for groups looking to host a meeting, mixer, and/or gathering for a diverse crowd!
I've been exposed to the complex for years, as both my late mother had her Family Therapy clients come there, AND my father's widow currently has HER offices located in the complex as well.
I must say that they handle customer service issues swiftly and succinctly. I had a problem that was clarified and cleared up in a matter of 3 phone calls ALL IN THE SAME DAY.
I currently operate in DC metro, but if I ever move back home to Philly, (and the Pennsylvania Business Tax Laws change) I will DEFINITELY hook up with them.
