The new doctors here are great. The staff goes out of their way to help. And we love that they'll vaccinate our cats in the leg instead of other traditional places (in case of FISS). Thank you!

We have been using Piper Vet for 10 years. Piper is our go to place for quality care for our dogs. Dr Reinhardt and her new associate, Dr Bates are caring and competent.

I had been taking my dogs to Piper Vet since 2001. Recently, Dr. Jim left, but Dr. Reinhardt was still there so I stuck with the practice. I got a new puppy in January and brought him to Piper vet as I did all my 3 previous dogs. Dr. Reinhardt saw him for his first 2 visits and everything was great. On his third visit there was a new vet Dr. Bates and the vet tech was also someone I hadn’t seen before. The vet tech seemed to have no idea how to hold a dog for a vaccine or even deal with a larger puppy in general. They put him up on the raised exam table which no vet had ever done for my large breed dogs. The first vaccine went fine. The second vaccine my puppy he turned and nipped as it was being completed. First issue, the tech should know how to hold a dog. We all would have been better off if I had just held him. She was utterly useless. She didn’t seem to know how to interact with him from the first second we walked in the room and all he did was look for pets and then lay down. Then we had spoken about doing his microchip. I shouldn’t have gone ahead with it and neither should the vet. Bad call on both our parts. They try in the exam room, my dog reacts poorly. Again not held anywhere near correctly. And we should have all said that enough. They take him off the room (he’s a 4 month old puppy). Try to muzzle him with a muzzle that holds his mouth shut. They fail. I hear him crying. They bring him back and the vet (Dr. Bates) tells me I need to be more firm with my reprimands and that I should have hit him in the nose when he nipped. Almost 20 years later and I will never go back.

5 Star care for my pups! Dr. Reinhards experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine is top notch. I feel confident with her medical decisions. She is always accommodating and listens to my concerns. A much more personal experience than going to a large facility.

Excellent place to take your pets! Absolutely wonderful at following up with us about our animals. We take all 3 of our animals there. We just got our kitten fixed there, and we got our other cat fixed there last year as well. They expressed no judgements about my older cat (4 years old) never having been to a vet before, and they're always happy to answer any questions I have. Love going to them! 10/10

It can't be said any better than Ms. Dolinski said it: Piper Vet is bright and cheery, and immaculately clean. Staff is helpful, especially during difficult visits (very ill pet). And Dr. Reinhardt gives her total focus to each client. Her devotion to animals is apparent. Not to be ignored is her up to date knowledge of canine and feline research, and her willingness to share that information, especially as concerns the pet owners' dog or cat.

I highly recommend Piper Veterinary. The facility is very clean, very organized, and Dr. Reinhardt really loves the animals. No matter how busy things are, she is completely invested in you and your pet while in with her. She provides plenty of recommendations and supporting information and does not just "dictate" treatment. She is so gentle with my dogs, and genuinely concerned about their well-being. You will feel like your pet is a valued patient, always.

We love Piper Vet Clinic! Our first time at Piper our dog just trotted right up to the front door, walked in, no fear at all. It's been a great experience from that start (2001) to today. The staff are kind, friendly, & helpful. All four dogs we've had over the years were happy to be at the vet. I don't think there's a better advertisement than that.

Very caring and knowledgable staff. They have been my vets for almost 20 years and I have always been very very pleased with their care of my fur baby. My dog has been going there since he was 8 weeks old and he is now 16. He is in good health for his age thanks to the care the Drs and staff have provided throughout his life. I would highly recommend them.

The office staff AND the doctors are wonderful! I drive 25 mins to get there because they are so good, passing at least 3 vets who are closer.

Our Golden Retriever, Dolly, had vomiting issues, and we were told she needed immediate attention. The Clinic had a full schedule but they were kind enough to let us bring her in at the end of the day.
Everyone we encountered at the office were very friendly. Dr. Rheinhardt gave her a thorough examination and asked us many questions about Dolly's behavior. She explained what she thought was her issue and patiently answered our questions. We have always been very pleased with the attention and care they have given to Dolly.

My parents dropped their dog off here who was extremely lethargic and had not eaten for 4 days. Then this place kept her for 4 days and told my parents her kidneys were failing and she needed to be put down. My parents wanted a second opinion and took her to Quakertown. Quakertown had her for a day and told my parents she was going to live, her kidney and liver levels were a little off, but not detrimental. Turns out she has Addison’s disease and is going to live. I cannot believe after 4 whole days doing god knows what to my parents dog they wanted to put her down. I would give 0 stars if I could, but wanted the people to know how this place treats your beloved animals.

Every visit so far has been fantastic. The team here has always given off the impression that they genuinely care for the well being of our pup, and I always feel like we are getting the best help they can offer.

If they continue to be this genuine and kind as time goes on, our pets will surely be lifetime patients at Piper Vet!

I'v gone here for years, with all my pets, ever since Dr. Jim saved my lil boxer Sages life bc at 4months old she had developed a very severe case of mange which is quite deadly. Due to her mother having it. It was also due to her former vet not even detecting it bc he never did a skin scraping which is common procedure when u bring in a pup with skin that bad.
I've been devoted ever since, with 3 cats and my new boston Terrier puppy, zo-e. He was also very well priced for his experience I felt. However recently, it's become almost too much for me to afford which saddens me, and I absolutely hate not being able to go in bc of covid (I guess). Due to his popularity he's alot busier now and I must say I miss the more one on one relaxed conversation that we once had, now I feel rushed in, & out, and leave confused after paying hundreds of dollars.all in all I would still recommend piper, they know what they are doing, & usually ni price is too high for our favorite family members.
