I've heard they're good, but it turned out that they don't accept cases seeking less than $50,000 in damages. Even though they thought we were in the right, our $5,000 claim was far too small for them. They were nice enough about explaining that, but it did take a week of us trying to reach them to get to talk with someone even briefly by phone.

Not deserving of even one star.
Unprofessional.
Watched staff and personal friends (Amazon sasquatches) get drunk and cause trouble in bars and prey on innocent people.
Too many other negatives to post.

I am not sure if everyone is leaving 5 star reviews because of the amount of money received from a case or if it’s for the quality of service leading up to the money. For my workers comp case, the communication is basically nonexistent. I have a hard time getting basic questions answered, and almost all of the communication is when I call/email and leave a message with the secretaries or other attorneys. The attorney seldom or borderline-never responds.

Before the pandemic, I sent signed papers that the workers comp adjuster needed signed and your secretaries were aware of. Yet, you would not answer me until the pandemic started, telling me that you did not know about the papers and would check with the secretaries. Also, I needed answers about unemployment and so much more. The timely manner is what I needed to get everything done swiftly and correctly, but waiting on you has caused so many issues. You don’t understand how many times I reached out and had other attorneys and secretaries tell me they would leave you a message, but you never responded. I find your service bad, period.

UPDATE
End of June, I called the office and attorney Brady said he heard about the review and said he was gonna drop from my cases and offered another attorney to assist me. I said that’s fine about a new attorney taking over the cases (because the current attorney seemed to have given up on the cases before the phone call). As far as the review, a bad review for bad service is appropriate. However, the same day in an email he said he is terminating the law firm’s involvement in my two cases, because of my dissatisfaction of his service and that I denied a new attorney.

I am a client, just have a different public name. I called to confirm that I left a bad review. Also, I already knew, but I still feel like it’s really messed up that due to a bad review, an attorney does not try to resolve a negative issue, but instead just terminates an agreement. My intention for the review was to get the attorney to answer my questions and be more responsive. Due to the way the attorney handled a bad review, I felt the need to go into detail about the service I received.

Non professional, probably without work experience, as if only after low school, the prize that they won was taken away for themselves, but under the contract, they can take only 30 percent, I lost thousands of dollars from them, therefore I canceled my business trip, you will not only lose Cases with them, but also lose your money, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am not even sure how this attorney is still is able to practice law. Do some research on this guy and make a wise decision before deciding to hire him for anything. I would not recommend him!

I contacted the firm and spoke to an assistant and later received a call from one of their attorneys within 24 hours. That was good. The attorney seemed interested at the time in reviewing my inquiry and requested I send my documentation, which I did immediately. Thereafter, I never heard back from this attorney or anyone at the firm. I attempted several follow-up contacts with the attorney but heard nothing. I think a courtesy response from the firm or the attorney was certainly in order, telling me of the firm's opinion about the inquiry, whether positive or negative, especially after requesting me to send my information for review.

I rate the Pisanchyn law firm five stars if I had a way to rate them 100 stars I would they were so kind so helpful and so caring in a very scary time of my life. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Mr. Pisanchyn and his staff. No matter what I needed they were there morning, noon, or night Mr. Pisanchyn was even kind enough to give me his own personal cell phone number in case I ever needed him day or night. This is the second time I’ve used his law firm and I will use him 100 more Times. I fully recommend his law firm to anyone and everyone in need of a good defense lawyer. I’ve already recommended him at least a dozen times and everyone I told to use his law firm has been more than satisfied. Some of them even called me and said thank you for recommending him.
