They are amazing with my dog. He was afraid of getting his nails cut but after going there for the last several years he is excited to go

Very nice and friendly, but I am truly Heartbroken that my mini poodle came home with absolutely no hair left. Not even his tail was kept. I guess we were just not on the same page, when I said she could go shorter.obviously I meant shorter poodle haircut since my dog is a poodle & I didn’t think I would have to
Ask her specifically not to shave off the things that make him who he is -a poodle. It is so short you can not even see a curl. Assuming she would keep the poodle look as every other groomer has in the past (long tail, long fluffy ears, and beard.) I cried for a long time but thank god, it’s hair and it will grow back. But not soon enough: (

Such an amazing experience! First time trying a groomer in years, most have turned her away or made us feel very uncomfortable due to her breed & size but not here The ladies were so kind & gentle with her & when I came to pickup Kasey she looked calm & relaxed which was a huge good sign! It's hard for me to leave my dog but I felt comfortable doing so knowing she was in good hands. I cannot recommend this place enough! Beautiful property & setup, amazing & quick customer service, great prices, & my dog has never been this soft! You can tell these ladies really care about their work & animals

When I picked after being groomed, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Cry it was. I even gave them a photo to go by!

Our Collie Teague was a handful when it came to using a high powered dryer on him. He loves the ladies at Pit Stop! They have no problem with him. They are absolutely awesome with him! Thanks so much!

They groomed my dog perfectly. He smells great and is SO soft. My only complaint is when pulling out of the driveway there is a sign for the business and a giant bush on the left. It blocks all sight when trying to look to the left to pull out. It’s actually a little dangerous so I hope they get that fixed up. But that’s the only reason they don’t have 5 stars! The actual grooming is perfect

Everything was fine but when we came home we noticed a huge cut on my dogs face, he had to wear a cone for a month

Service was great and they did a wonderful job with my standard poodle. Very busy and LOTS of dogs on site.

So glad we decided to give them a try! My original groomer canceled our appt 1 hour before her grooming. Annoyed and wanting to get my 7 month Shih tsu her summer cut i found Pit Stop Grooming with high reviews. I called and was able to get her in the very next morning. The owner texted within 2 hours that she was just finishing up. And Paizleah Grace looked absolutely adorable! Exactly like the picture i sent showing how I wanted her cut/trimmed and smelling so pretty with 2 little blingy bows in her hair. DEFINITELY our NEW Groomer! Thank you Kat!

Our giant pit/shep mix has recently had some aggression towards other dogs. I called to see if they would be willing to groom him and they said absolutely. He came back looking and smelling wonderful, even down to his nails being well trimmed! They will be our go to, for sure! Thank you, Pit Stop.

Pit Stop is Amazing! We took our new puppy “Ellee”there for her first grooming and we were just so pleased. Kat is wonderful with the pets and we can’t say enough. Ellee looked absolutely beautiful. We had a hard time finding a groomer that would even finish grooming my corgi. Kat was able to do the whole cut and wanted him back in to finish with the bath and nails 2 weeks later. Obi is a very happy dog now.you have a customer for life.thanks!

Amazing! We had a hard time finding someone to take our dogs because they are so large and Kat has no problem with our boys. Our dogs are so excited when we turn onto her road because they know they are about to be pampered.

New to the area and I’m so glad that we found this groomer.
