Pittsburgh Marriott City Center reviews
23Parked here for Pens game. Safe & secure. Park here every time I get tickets to pens game. Bar is nice, but prices a little high. But not bad. They do have beer special's during home games under normal circumstances. Was closed on my last visit assuming b/c of covid-19.
The entire campus is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located on the upper side of the city, but it's perfect because it's easy to get to from major highways.
ANGELS WORK HERE! I stayed here for over 30 days while my mom was in Mercy Hospital. The staff was AMAZING, KIND, AND SUPPORTIVE! Christina, Bre, Brian, and many more went above and beyond to support me during a difficult time in my life! I am forever grateful for all of them! The hotel was super clean and I felt very safe staying here during the COVID Pandemic.
Very nice hotel and good location for downtown Pittsburgh. Some of the south facing rooms can be a little noisy from traffic below.
This Marriott is so great! A siblings wedding was done here and the Marriot team was beyond helpful throughout the process! Thank you!
Good inner city acommadations. Close to just about everything. Only problem. I asked the bar tender for Galliano and they had no idea what it was.
Room was nice and clean. However the AC was blasting and I couldnt manually control it. Workers were nice as well. No other complaints.
Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Desk staff was very helpful and brunch on Sunday was wonderful.
Amazing food with a great atmosphere. A decent beer selection too. Great place to go before a hockey game or concert.
"Restaurant" food was mediocre and the service shameful. Would not recommend eating or even going there for a drink. Room was nice, comfortable and good value.
Just what you expect from a Marriott property! Beautiful facility, great location to arena's & stadium. Subway-Steel Plaza is just around the corner.
We all had an amazing stay here. Especially loved how attentive and kind the staff were especially Lee-ann and Linval in the dining room. Also enjoyed their breakfast buffet very much which includes fresh made smoked salmon.
The location was great for a recent training I attended for work. The provided food and snacks were up to par.
I had a great stay at Marriott City Center in Pittsburgh. Staff are friendly, the food is wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was there for a conference. I found every staff member I came into contact with accommodating and friendly. I do like to stay at Marriotts. This is now on top of my list as one of my favorites.
Always try to stay here when the Cubs are in town to beat the Pirates. Great property, friendly staff.
Terrible front desk. Woould not recommend. Avoid if you can. I am a Marriott Platnum member and will never go back!
The best hotel I been at so far. The gym has a sauna and breakfast is pretty good. The TV in the rooms are huge and great hospitality. Parking sucks like always but I think it is reasonable. It is located right in the center of the city hence the name City Center.haha.you can pretty much walk anywhere from here, just stay clear from the bad areas. They have a evening "snacks" in the lounge with can replace your dinner. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth it.
This was a wonderful hotel. The rooms were quiet.the staff was all very helpful. I was a little confused if I had parked in the correct parking garage, but it didn't really matter since the hotel didn't have any. You can just park wherever. Parking was $20 for one night. There was a hockey game letting out when we arrived so things were very busy around there. The elevators were very slow and usually full by the time it got to my floor. One time it took 4 elevators for me to be able to get on.
This is the best Marriott I've ever stayed at. Carolyn in customer service is the best. If you need something they'll get it. The staff here puts customer service at the top of the ladder. The customer service has smiling faces and great attitudes here. Everyone seems to enjoy there work and I was smiled at and greeted by every staff member I met. It was a shocker to say the least because customer service has seemed to slide a pot over the last decade or so. But not here. The room was really nice. I had room service for dinner and it was fast and delicious. Chicken wrap, waffle fries and triple chocolate cake with ice cream. It was great. Stay here and you wont regret it. It's close to everything down town. Enjoyed my visit and I'll be back!
