I bought a water bottle filler to add to an existing water fountain, I also purchased a filter to go with it. Someone from the company noticed the two products weren't compatible with each other and called to alert me. They helped me figure out the right product I needed and refunded the filter I didn't need. Their customer service is amazing! If you need help making a decision or figuring out which product is right for you I'd highly recommend them.
