Pivot PT- York

Due to insurance I was required to choose Pivot, and chose the York location based on proximity to my house. I have, however, been to MANY different PT's in my lifetime - and this is one of the best experiences I have had!

You're first greeted by the most chipper office manager ever, Stormy! She is so pleasant, my first appointment I scheduled incorrectly and she didn't seem annoyed at all - it means a lot to have a lovely person as the first and last interaction!

All three PTs are knowledgeable, professional, and personal. They dedicate your appointment to YOU and not multiple clients at once - in the rare chance they do, it's something simple as finishing up ice at the end of their appointment.

Super excited for them to get established at the secondary location at Motive! I highly recommend this group!

The employees are very helpful and kind to everyone there pretty much, I would definitely go here again when needed!

Had problems I was unsure of the cause. Through one on one exam and professional review of my condition and physical capabilities the staff at pivot expertly identified my torn shoulder ailments. By their recommendation I was able to get the treatment needed and afterward the therapy required to get me back to life as usual. With a rewarding atmosphere, physical results, in touch intuitive analysis, and a calculated focus on my rehabilitation I not only met my goals but exceed my previous limits with far more knowledge about my body than I came in with.

Great people, expert care, and a welcoming environment I would undoubtedly refer to for anyone in need of their professional skills.

My experience here was very comfortable. I worked with Ryan for most of my appointments and we always had great conversations. My neck mobility, range of motion, and strength has greatly improved since first starting. 5/5 Highly Recommended!

I was referred here for a work related concussion and could not have received better care. Ryan, my clinician, helped me understand what we were doing and why. He talked me through my condition and the process that I was going through to heal. This was my 5th concussion, and even with the difficulty of certain tasks, there was celebration with progress. All of the staff were friendly, personable, and helpful!

Best physical therapy I have ever had! When I came to Pivot PT, I was struggling to rebuild my strength after ACL reconstruction. Jared immediately came up with a personalized plan to work on my weaknesses and get me back to running and playing tennis again. I was so impressed each time with his wealth of knowledge of exercises. He was constantly coming up with new exercises for me to try personalized to my return to sport goals. Both him and Ryan were excellent to work with and their passion for patient care truly shows! They make it a very comfortable environment. Stormy was also a huge help working out insurance coverage. I can’t praise everyone enough!

This place is really amazing. The personal care that I have received from Jared is top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and from the start he has known exactly what is needed to alleviate my pain and strengthen the muscles needed for my mobility. I look forward to my PT appointments and am excited to have finally found a place of hope.

Special thanks to Ryan. I came to see Ryan after shoulder surgery. Thanks to his expertise and knowledge and multiple therapy sessions I have better range of motion and strength than I did prior to surgery. Highly recommend Ryan for any therapy needs.
