Pizza Hut, Carlisle PA

This Pizza Hut is quick, and reliable. I ordered my pizza online, and I immediately left my house and went directly to the Pizza Hut on High Street and my order was ready. Now that's quick. That's why I like the this Pizza Hut in Carlisle.

We ordered a half mushroom and half beef pizza and ended up with an all beef pizza, and the cinnamon sticks were stale. However, every other time we order it has been a good experience.

Ease of ordering. Food was ready when promised. Staff was courteous and made sure I had what I needed.

The convenience of ordering online and quality of food was excellent. Very reasonably priced which is always a plus$

I ordered a large pan with extra cheese, and the crust was thinner and more burnt than a cracker, almost no sauce, and the cheese was just as thin as the crust. I used to go here quite often, but more and more my order would be burnt. I would not recommend going to this location.

Ordering curbside is an easy thing when you pull up call the number posted and they bring your order out. Except, they lost our order after telling us it would be right now, 40 minutes later and still NO food, BUT the MANAGER gave us our receipt because that counts for customer service.well done

We ordered delivery, everything was fine except the pizza wasn't good. It was very disappointing! Hardly any sauce cheese or toppings, the worst I had in a long time!

After working food service (including fast food and delivery) I'm pretty understanding when things go a bit side ways.a few times but 10 major mess-ups in a row and I'm done.

I live near this location and it would be my go-to place for a quick meal.

However, I'm done with this place. You place an order and TWO HOURS AFTER "out for delivery" a single pizza and bread sticks ARE STILL MIA and no one can tell me if or when my order will arrive.

So I'm on the phone trying to get the order cancelled and the driver pulls up and gets my order out of the car. It's in a clear plastic bag FILLED WITH WATER from the steam and the box is folding in half under the weight due to the water.

I am astounded that this place is still open. And like I said this was the 10TH screw up in a row.
We have had completely wrong orders delivered to tables more than once, food alergies NOT RESPECTED, complete orders lost while dining in and told multiple times "it will be out in a min" when the order was never put in, multiple hours for deliveries, cold and fat congeled food delivered. Seriously every thing the training tell an employee NEVER DO.

Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere.

Good solid pizza hut workers are great always on time if not a lil early pizza always tastes great too

Your website is super frustrating to use.a lot of the options don’t work when you click on them

There pizza & boneless wings were better than I've had from other Pizza Huts in Cumberland County. Just wished they could've delivered all the food to our work location a mere 5.5 miles away. Had they done that, they would've earned a 5 Star rating!

Service was horrible. Not friendly at all. Ordered a family order bread sticks. And family order cheese sticks.apparently it comes out all in a loaf and you.the customer have to cut it to make sticks.pizza was eh wont be going back waist of money and time.if I do eat pizza hut it wont be at this location.

Pizza is always great. Need to fix light in parking lot. It has been out for about a year. Hard to see entrance from road.

Food was very good. Floor pretty dirty. Also the window blinds are very very dirty. Please clean those.

I placed an order this past Friday night on the phone. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes afterward. Once there a large crowd was waiting. Not only did they have the order wrong I had to sit there for another 45 minutes. Then my pizza was cold and the breadsticks were hard as a rock. They did not come my order. They did offer to remake it and wanted me to wait. I wasn’t having it. So I had then deliver it to my house. Another 30 minutes later we had hot pizza but by that time we didn’t even want it cause everyone had gotten something else for dinner. I hope that the Carlisle Pizza Hut can get their act together or we will be taking our business somewhere else

Lunch buffet was well set up and maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive to drink refills and any other needs we had. Highly recommend for lunch on weekdays.

41 something for 2 pastas one medium meat lovers and two sodas go to any other pizza hut would only pay 30

The food was good! Great job to the kitchen staff! We got their wings and pizza and it did not disappoint! However the wait staff was horrible. After waiting to be sat in the empty restaurant we then waited a good ten minutes for her to get our drink order then about another 20 to get our order. We got our food very fast but she didnt even come back to the table once. Not one refill and we had to hunt her down to even get our check. Im typically very understanding but the resturaunt was empty. It was us and one other table and the flies in there were more attentive than our waitress.

Meat lovers pizza with dried Shriveled meat. The meat lovers was not worth the money. Waitress did not come and ask if everything was ok.
