Last two times I ordered pan crust at this location but it was not thick like pan crust should be. They are either putting hand tossed in a pan to cook or they are not letting the pan dough thaw properly. Manager claims it is pan crust. They also missed the 'light sauce' instruction and made it regular sauce. I got a refund and won't order again from this location. Hummelstown is the only Pizza Hut location in the area that gets the order right every time.

Just ordered a pizza and paid for it from my place of work which is just down the street. They told me it would be here in a half hour. I called over an hour and 10 minutes later and they tell me sorry we don't have a driver. There was no phone call to tell me there was going to be a delay or that they did not have a driver. I would still be waiting for my pizza at this point if I had not called. After reading the reviews it looks like they have done this to a few people. This place is a joke. Stay away from them. Mismanaged for sure.

Pizza Hut came through in ways the Domino's never will! Speed, price, quality were and will be unmatched

Very hit or miss. Sometimes everything is acceptable. Other times your order never arrives or they're out of things and have to cancel your order and then you have to fight for refund. Go to Devonshire Road pizza hut if you have a choice.

It's Pizza Hut. Pizza is good, even when it's bad Pizza. Pizza is always Pizza. You know what you're getting with Pizza Hut, no fabulous or exotic Pizza gastric experience, just standard fast food Pizza, and this location delivers the Pizza Hut expereince with decent quality and speed. Yeah, I'd go there again, with expectations firmly established.

Horrible customer service. No point of ordering curbside there's no signs for parking and no one answers phone

Ok I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews, but today it is over 91° outside. I ordered pick up and arrived around 7: 40pm. As I stepped inside I was immediately struck with such a suffocating heat, it felt like the air had been sucked out of me. It was not a safe environment in there. There was only one person ahead of me, so I stood in line for one minute or less. In that one minute my eyes were watering and i started to feel so nauseated from the radiating, inescapable heat. I am not complaining about this from a customer standpoint.
Not at all. I was in and out of there in a matter of 5 minutes. The employees were polite and prompt and my order was exactly what I was hoping for.
I am complaining about this because until the management has working AC in this location again, with outside temps over 90°, they need to temporarily close for business. Those poor employees! I can't believe they could be expected to work under such harsh and frankly unsafe conditions. I am appalled by this and I left there feeling overwhelmed with sympathy for the employees in that little tiny store with huge ovens and no ventilation and not even a fan or a breeze to relieve them. If they choose to suffer through a shift in there, they at least need hazard pay or something. But anyway, thanks to the employees there for remaining professional and meeting expectations under difficult circumstances.

How can you deny Pizza what deals like $6.99 for two mediums wow don't get better than that I think over the years Pizza Hut have grown with each demand of their competitors and show that they have longevity

Food sucks. Just about all the Pizza Huts are declining. The pan crust is now dry and flat. It's not as fluffy and round anymore. I don't know what ingredients they are using but I rather eat Domino's pizza.

No dining, no restroom for patronizing customers. Restaurant is near a tourist area. Covid guidelines do not recommend any guidelines for infection control. Seems as though a lack of responsibility

I responded to the email sent to me asking how much meal was. We don’t eat out a lot- it’s a special luxury for us. The stuffed crust pizza was thin, mushy, and barley cooked. I was hoping someone would reach out to me with just an apology but, of course, that didn’t happen. For the high price that this pizza costs (it was requested by my kids) I expected much better pizza. Really disappointed all around. Won’t be ordering from there again.

First of all, I never write reviews and this is my first ever negative one. I ordered a dinner box. Delivery time said 25 - 35 minutes. An hour went by and I called, they said they received the order and it was on the way. After an hour and a half I called again and they said they would reach out to the driver but I never heard anything back. When it was over 2 hours, my kids and I are so hungry at this point, and still no pizza so I called for a third time. I didn’t even ask about the pizza, I wanted a refund and they gave me one. Still waiting for the refund to go into my account though so we will see. A quick dinner turned into our family not eating until after 8 o’clock. Highly disappointed.

Order a unique pizza. Get something that's just uncommon enough that they need to make it fresh. If you order a plain pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, etc, there's a very good chance that you'll get an old pizza that they made in advance and had on standby. Had this happen, and both pizzas had either been in a warmer or under a heat lamp for so long that by the time I got them, they were DRY. Dry pizza, guys. Was like a rock by the end of the night. Ordered again and got a more customized pizza, and it was perfect. Just save yourselves the headache and get a different sauce, uncommon combination of toppings, just something that'll force them to make it on the spot.

This is BY FAR my favorite Pizza Hut in a 50 mile radius. The general manager there is way cool and I swear he never leaves. He runs that place like it’s a well oiled machine. I am so spoiled with this location. They never get anything wrong and the quality is always bussin bussin! They even give me a side of sauce no charge- I swear my kids drink that shiz. Staff is always super friendly and drivers always friendly too. You guys all deserve hands up cause y’all rock!

The pizza was phenomenal fresh and a proper sauce the cheese ratio but I couldn’t get anybody from the restaurant on the phone and ended up talking to someone from their corporate customer service to order my pizza

Delivered incomplete order.satisfied that item was refunded but quality check before delivery leaves location would assure complete order.
