Pizza Hut, Lehighton PA

Tried the new Melts. Suprisingly good! If you like strong parmasan and garlic. We got the pepperoni ones. While I'm not a huge Pizza Hut fan like when I was a kid, I hope they have these for a while. I will be back for more. Staff was pleasant. Thanks!

Ordered a personal pizza with Alfredo sauce and cheese. Got a regular cheese personal pizza.

Great food good deals and a great staff too. Only down fall cant eat in no more take out only.

Worst pizza I have ever had and nearly the worst service. They put a dribble of sauce on our pizza, just barely enough for us to even notice it was there. It was so dry and bland. The service by the manager was even worse. I get there to pick up my pie and made to wait so she can try to count cup lids which took her several times. Just frustrating all the way around.

This place is either hit or miss. And I mean 80% miss, 20% hit. If you're looking for delivery as cold as if it came out of your fridge the day later, by all means order here.

Quality has gone downhill over the years. All three of our last orders were completely wrong. App problems causing us to be charged on the app and then told at the restaurant we didn't pay so having to pay twice and deal with the other charge later. Sad to say we're done with this location.

The service was complete and correct staff was friendly food was done on time I received everything I ordered food was served hot and it was all delicious.

The employee was kind nd accommodating.the pizza was terrible.barely any sauce.scarce ingredients.asked for extra cheese I swear there was any on it.

The order took 1 1/2 hour to be delivered and i had to call and ask if it was out for delivery. I was to it just went out and it took another 30 minutes to get delivered.

Getting the order right and being a little more friendly in your approach. I know staff is short handed but things here seem very unorganized.

If I could give zero stars it would be an option I placed an order at 8 o’clock and it has not been delivered yet and they will not answer my phone calls and they’ve hung up on me twice after calling to find out about my order whether I have to come pick it up or can I get a refund so this is absolutely ridiculous

Pizza was wrong. Was supposed to get half pepperoni and half bacon there was no pepperoni and Harldly any bacon on the pizza

I called to order over the phone to the location I usually go to, and it took them 9 mins to make the order. She didn’t even have the right location and they didn’t have anything I wanted. Worst experience on the phone ever. The lady was not even professional.

Soo. I used Pizza Hut's website to order a pizza box with boneless barbecue wings. Pay for my order online and immediately received a delivery confirmation which stated my order would arrive in about 30 minutes. After a few minutes passed I get an update that Pizza Hut had started working on my order, which was great! 15 minutes later, I get another text stating that my order would be delivered through a 3rd party, which was DoorDash. Well alrighty then, as long as my order gets to me NO PROBLEM. Spoiler alert.my order never arrived almost 2 hours later! I gave an extra 15 minutes from when my order was "supposed" to be delivered before calling the store. When I called they said, "You order is on the way now and should be arriving shortly". Not sure if shortly means something different to each person, but shortly to me means that you should prepare to finally receive your order. NOPE. 1 hour and a half later and another phone call to the store, NOTHING. Don't you just love trying to console hungry kids who are more than ready to eat? I was utterly appalled by the situation and would not recommend visitors to the area to order from this location. Don't waste your time or your dime!

Great service and the pizza was amazing as per usual. Went back today and they took away the personal pan/breadstix/soda deal. Just had it last week and now it is twice the price and comes with 2 more breadstix. I don't want 2 more breadstix. I want the deal I have been getting with the superior service. Instead I got a rude man and no pizza. Won't be going back.

The pizzas lately have been undercooked and borederline raw. I had a stuffed crust pizza last night and it was barely even cut, and the bottom was white with the cheese barely melted.
