Pizza Hut, West Hazleton PA

We called 3 times to be hung up on. Promised my grandson stuffed pitza. As we arrived there we no lights on outside. As we went in there were a lot of angry customers complaining with place. The boy said I'll be with you. The place is filthy! After 15 minutes we walked out. The place should be closed down. Where is corp to inspect the franchise? It is a disgrace to Hazleton area.

The place is dead, needs renovation and employees need to dress appropriately for serving food, they look like they work at a junk yard

The crust used to taste a lot better in the past what happened? Did they change something?

Definitely not what I remember for pizza hut pan pizza. The staff was very helpful and friendly though

I like Pizza Hut and this is our local 1. The people went above and beyond and the food is good, only thing that would make it better is if it was free.lol

11/06/22 breadsticks were cold no sauce or cheese, pizza had frozen meat and was soaked in grease, wings were chicken nuggets (cold) i gave them a 10$ tip and it felt like they did this on purpose you cant be this lazy or incompetent were the food is inedible, im never ordering from here again.im at disbelief how bad they made this i couldn’t of made it this bad if i was black out drunk.

Disappointed. We ordered the dinner box with two pizzas in it and bread sticks. When we got the pizzas there was hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza. We mentioned it to the waitress and her response was “well, that’s not my fault”. She didn’t offer to get the manager or do anything to try and make it right. We won’t be back. We will stick to the Pizza Hut in Coal Township.

FIRST OFF, People always are smoking you can smell it, I was in with my 6 month old twins today and some lady threw something and almost hit me with it and they are always cursing. Very unprofessional how they act. Recommend looking into to hire. All the delinquents that you hire need to be gone. Let them go flip burgers at McDonald’s.never will be back. And I will be contacting corporate so EXPECT a visit from them:)

I have always liked Pizza Hut pizza and today was no exception. The pizza was good as always. I’m glad this location is still here and hope it will continue to be.

I placed an order through their app for delivery and the app automatically put it as carry out. The order was placed about 30 min prior to closing and I got tired of calling the store, called more than 20 times and no one answered. I assume they thought we were calling to place an order. That was a horrible experience. Never again.

That place failed inspection 4 times in a row. It only passed last time by one point. The store manager died because of how unsanitary that place was. She worked there almost 50 years. She never got the credit she deserved. The person who gave her Covid didn't wash his hands. He had dirt underneath his finger nails. He came into work sick. Ever since she's been gone, that place went down the drain. They can't find a good manager. No one there is professional. It's a private owned franchise. They don't follow corporate guidelines. They haven't opened the salad bar or the buffet since Covid. They are closing down the dining room and changing locations because they can't find people who are competent enough to run a restaurant. The people who work there don't follow uniform policy. They dress like slobs. They wear whatever they want. Management does nothing. There's hair in the pizza dough. Employees with long beards wear no beard net. The bathrooms are disgusting. No one cleans them. There is a puddle of urine in front of the urnal that has hardened into gunk. There was no hand soap in The Men's room. The dispenser was broken. The manager said you have to punch it for it to work. So he left it like that for over a month. Employees drop dishes on the floor & serve them to customers. Dishes don't come out clean, and they just reuse them. There is dough caked in the pans. There is black mold in the kitchen. That place is barely in business. They only make things look good when they know the inspectors are coming. If there was a surprise inspection that place would be shut down. The head people in charge don't even have their food safety license. There's money missing from the registers all the time. There's no rules. No guidelines to follow. The kids come in and just goof off. If someone comes in and tries to maintain some order they want them out. Something has to be done about that place. It's a free-for-all. They don't care about the quality of the food. The pizzas come out deformed. Food is not held at the right temperature. I would not recommend eating there, unless you wanna get sick. I personally would never eat there. That location is giving Pizza Hut a bad name. It may be the worst Pizza Hut in existence.

June 19,2022: Picked up my order and went home. Both pizzas were BURNED. Order was completely wrong. Called restaurant and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I completed the survey that was emailed to me that day from Pizza Hut Corp, and I received an email back stating that the manager of the West Hazleton location would be in touch with me within 3-5 business days to correct the issue. It's been almost 3 MONTHS, and no one has called or emailed.

I ordered here before not that bad even though they only have one employee the have kept this place open Steve poor guy he literally carries the restaurant on his shoulders keep strong we see u man!

Place was filthy! Staff was very unprofessional loud foul mouthed. Staff never washed hands dealt with miney food and phones. One peson never changed her gloves. Got very sick! Will never go there again

I am a truck driver and I called for delivery to the address of 65 Green Mountain road and and it is still not here that was made at 5 o'clock PM and they do deliver to this address and for some wild reason the driver can't find it today if I could give it a 0 no stars that's exactly what I would do Thank you very much sincerely Nicholas James Kent senior

Is just understandable why pizza hut are closing down. They close earlier then every other pizza shop on the weekends. I called at 10: 42 and they told me that they where closing already. Is just pathetic.
