Pizza Hut, Philadelphia PA

Haven't had pizza hut in so long but was pleasantly surprised at how quick the food was ready and delivered. My only "ick" was ordering one of those small seasoning bottles and receiving the wrong one. Other than that, the food was great-prices are definitely higher, but for a once every so often thing it was worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a 2 pizza box. There wasn’t enough sauce on my buffalo wings. The pizza under cooked. The tomato sauce was thin. There wasn’t enough sauce. The cheese bread was dry as the Grand Canyon! I choked a few times! I paid $28.99 for dog food. I could’ve went dominos!

Pan pizza looked like it came from chuckie cheese. And I always order pan pizzas and this is the first store I’ve ordered from and it looks so flat so I know it’s not a recipe change so either they didn’t follow directions or theirs is way off.

Really good food especially the garlic Parmesan wings! My kids love the personal pan pizzas. Service was quick and staff was nice.

I ordered wings, pasta and pizza, literally none of it was good and it made me physically sick just from the most of the wings and 2 bites of pasta

They advertise 2 med pizzas for $699 couldn't find nowhere in Philly. They said to order on line for deals. No good deals on line for real, a LIE. They told me i had to be there a certain time to get the deal‍️. I had to return my pizzas twice no sauce on it and I ask for extra sauce ‍️

The delivery was the only good thing about this place. I order the 14.99 dinner box well the pizza crust they must have stuck it in a microwave because it wasn't cooked. DON'T EVER ORDER THE MOZZELLA STICKS THEY ARE GARBAGE SOGGY AND GREASY. It was a waste of $28.00 I would have better tasting food if it was frozen food. Whoever did the cooking there should go back to Mcdonalds because they don't know how to cook. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER ORDER FROM HERE.

Not many pizza huts are open. You have to go out of your way to find one now. Also with the price of everything going up, I don't understand some of these companies greed like we wouldn't notice that what you call a large pizza is what a medium pizza was. The money we work for definitely doesn't go far in this economy

I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered the phone.

I ordered a specific type of pizza and still got the wrong pizza so folks please check your pizza before leaving the store. I was disappointed.

It took me four hours of them hanging up and me calling back. I really wanted pizza hut this day. By the time we got it it wasn't worth the wait.

Order from door dash was great but as for as pizza hut they can't get there order straight.will not order from here again and will tell others two.

Don’t take three hours to deliver a pizza. And don’t deliver a pizza that’s cold and undercooked. Also, pan pizza crust is normally pleasantly buttery/oily. This crust was bone dry.

My kids' favorite pizza. We love ordering from them. The guys who take the orders at the front desk are so nice and polite.

I ordered curbside pick up.had to go inside to pick it up.pizza was tough, too thick, and needed more cheese and sauce. Just was not a good experience.

Okay I'm going to first of all say that we are lacking Pizza hut's in Philadelphia area. Not only that is the best pizza in the world. So yeah go and take a bite out of some Pizza Hut.

So I order online, it says it went through,
Come time for the delivery, I noticed nothing changed. Called them and whoever answered was ignorant telling me it didn’t go through. Calls me back and says it did. Get the food when I’m sitting down eating the driver tells me it didn’t go through lol. There i am standing outside giving him my card number through the drivers phone. Not the drivers fault but just seriously, don’t even bother.

The Pizza is phenomenal. My order was hot and fresh. The manager Takir and Greg, were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Honestly, everytime I have pizza hut, my stomach turns into knots and i just feel so acidic in my throat when i eat the sauce. And I was missing a tea and cheese sticks with my order, the pizza was luke warm and hard to pull apart. And they told me, " we cant refund you, we can only give you credit. " I dont want to come back so why cant i have a refund?

Pizza was good, but your app is lousy: 1st try=network error; 2nd try=must wait 5 minutes, but order was charged anyway; 3rd try=order went through. Result: 2 orders when I only wanted one order. Yoir app has logical fallacies and stupid error handling.
