They take an extremely long time to answer the phone, which is very disappointing. Also, you can't go inside to order.

Pizza Hut outsourced ordering pizza. When you call your local Pizza Hut it forwards you to a call center that's not in the USA and there are major language barriers. There was also an issue with my order as some things I ordered were not delivered and other things were not cooked all the way and were raw dough. I tried calling my Pizza Hut but it kept hanging up or forwarding me out of the country to their call centers and they could not even contact my local Pizza Hut either. So I got no replacement food and no refund. I have to wait a week for the "supervisors" in the customer satisfaction department to get back to me. This problem could have EASILY been fixed if I could talk to someone at the actual restaurant. This is the Fairless Hills, PA restaurant. Very dissatisfied with things being outsourced, with customer service as I was in the phone for over an hour. Then to not have some things I ordered even delivered and the things that were, not cooked all the way AND not even be able to contact the local store. And after paying $15 for delivery (delivery fee and tip).

Great pizza! Their web site said said that they were open for takeout and they were not. Therefore I was a little annoyed.

Called for delivery, 1) they person sounds so far away you can't hear what they say 2) they try to rush you off the phone when making your order 3) when you ask them to bring change for $100 so you can give the driver a decent tip they say we only send them with $20 change, so I asked him if I'm supposed to give the driver a $40 tip he's says yes. Make this make sense. This is the worst experience I have had at Pizza hut ever in my life. I will never order from here again!

The worst company ever. Horrible service took 3 hours to deliver 5 minutes up the road. No way to contact the store or customer service. Called all number on the web. All hung up or went to out of service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered delivery and it said 45-55 mins. Waited an hour and 20 minutes and tried calling the store and it just got disconnected. Called the ordering number and all they would do is transfer to the location I ordered from and just kept getting disconnected. I drove to the location to request a refund and they flat out said they just don’t answer the phones anymore. Once I got home, over and hour and half after I placed the order, the delivery driver dropped off the food. The food was wasn’t even the slightest bit warm. This ownership group like the last has failed and they will be closing the door soon too.

Quality and amount of Toppings is a lot better than it used to be. Usually never takes more than 15 minutes for pickup. If you haven't been there in a while give it another shot everything definitely seems a lot better.

I love going to Levittown pizza hut not only the food is good it is always fast and hot service and even better because the gentleman that is always there is so kind & polite.i definitely recommend Levittown pizza hut to everyone

Pizza Hut pizza is not like it used to be. I asked for hand tossed, but the crust was still too thick. The meat had no flavor. Maybe it's this location. I will definitely try somewhere else.

Pizza was fresh and done on time. Staff was very friendly and quick. I have been to this location many times and always have a great experience.

Took 45 minutes after being notified it was on way. When it got here, Pizza was cold, wings were barely warm. Extremely unhappy.

Pizza and wings were noticeably totally dried out. Both tasted like they had been sitting for days under lights. I'll never go to the Fairless hills Hut for food again. They should be embarrassed to serve such old horrible food.

Happy that this location re-opened. It's been years since I've last came to this location. Drive thru pickup was quick and efficient. Food was hot and delicious! Good work PH!

Made an order over the phone for pick up, people from the Philippines we’re answering the phone and took my order, 30 minutes later I went to pick u my pizza, sign on the door closed due to no heat in dinning room, called the number back and same people answering the phone from the Philippines trying to take my order again? Confused, store was closed, and never got my food, very bizarre, if your store is closed, then nobody should be answering the phone to take any order, just waste customers time

Last night I picked up my order at the pick up window. Young kid was wearing a hat and his hair WILD & All over the place.boneless wings were not cooked all the way. Bread sticks did not have damn near any parm or garlic on them. Very upsetting.cheese on pizza was not melted all the way.

The food was pretty good, the waitress was very nice but the bathroom had an inch of dust on the baby changing table, gross.

Fast preparation of my pizza, friendly cashier, and this location has a drive thru which is great. I got to stay in my car with my kids and just picked up my food.

This is these worst place! We got the Big box deal and it came with wings after waiting 20 mins I asked her for blue cheese and she tells me it's 80 cents for 1 little dipper they don't give them out nomore you have to pay for it but you sauce for breadsticks! It's you have wings with your meal you should not have to pay for blue cheese then it's a tiny little dipper smh PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE A SHAME THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GET ANYTHING FROM THEM

I have always been a fan of pizza hut, and they will always be my favorite fast food pizza joint. I hadn't had their pizza in just under a year and I don't remember anything changing during my last visit. However at this location on this particular night, my freshly made pizza tasted and felt like cardboard, it was extremely poorly made and if I hadn't just spent a long night at work and $20 on the pizza I would have just eaten something else.

Worst place ever can't get walk in orders right or any orders for that Matter and the mangers are very rude and don't have any customer service skills
