Pizza Hut, Philadelphia PA

The cashier was very nice and helpful. Pizza was very buttery and tasty as usual. Greatest chain pizza spot hands down. Makes domino's taste like garbage.
Yes I'm aware that none of the chains are better than most Mom and Pop shops, but for what it is, its the best.

This is a complete waste of money. My family and I were very hungry so we ordered from Pizza Hut but we were very disappointed with what we received. The pizza looks burnt and there are some strange looking parts on it that are white and look like mold. We thought maybe it’s just the way it looks but the taste was also horrible it doesn’t even taste like a pizza. We will never come here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Haven't had pizza hut in years. After seeing the new pizza, melts I had to try one. Excellent and very filling. A quick hunger fix.
Worth it.
Not many pizza huts around in Philadelphia anymore.

Delivery was slow (40 minutes). Was on hold with the store for 10 minutes before talking to someone. When I finally spoke to someone was told it was on its way. Would not normally have minded the wait but I can WALK to this Pizza Hut in 8 minutes.

Love this pizza hut. Food is always fresh and delicious every time. Theyre super fast and efficient. Never get my order wrong either.

Worst pizza hut ever, rude people, pathetic service, I paid $50 for my order and it was delivered bad they didn't even compensate it with the correct one because a slice was missing from the pizza. If a person is paying 50$ for a pizza they don't need a free one but the right one atleast. Horrible people working there specifically the delivery guy.

Better than the pizza hut on street road. This pizza was awesome. Tonight was the best pizza I've had from Any pizza hut.

Order pizza this week but it did not taste good. Missing some ingredients or used cheaper ingredients.but will try again because i really love pizza hut.

Called up to place my order drew helped me ALOT I did online for 2nd time and he very patient professional and as a man as veteran pizza was amazing and done fast ask for drew he's cool as hell thanks pizza hut for hiring him

Every time I come in here I get great customer service and the food is hot and right. I am very disappointed and sad at how hot it is inside for the workers. We are at the end of June and the workers did not have working AC. I felt terrible. They are working hard and had a smile on their faces! Please fix the AC so us costumers can continue to receive great customer service.

Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings (pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms) and breadsticks. Breadsticks were great. Pizza was not great; more dough and cheese than toppings. Not enough sauce. Not a good balance of toppings. Felt peppers and mushrooms could have been more plentiful; particularly since of a small size since. Pepperoni a bit bland. Dissapointed. Pizza Hut always had a certain taste and airiness, different from a hand tossed local pizza. You expect a certain taste and quality. Glad I ordered on line which offers coupons/discounts. Likely won't order again. Its a shame as Pizza Hut locations are few.

Really don't like their food at all. I got a personal size pizza and believe 10 boneless wings and costed me like $15. SMH. Crazy prices. But the workers were extremely nice and actually working not just sitting around doing nothing so I give that to them.

First I was trying to go to Little Caesars for a deep dish pizza and 2 locations didn't have food but was open. Of course Little Caesars don't compare to the King of pizza which never disappoints which is Pizza Hut! The only 1 I go to is Castor and Rhawn St in Philly. All my other favorite locations are closed. I order online and don't need an app. I get rewards including free pizza's for ordering online. They always have a deal and send them to me by email. My food was ready in 10 minutes exactly and I ordered the Big Dinner Box 3 pizza's. It was fresh out of oven and being cut up and packaged in front of me. Very neatly packaged in sturdy box. Thick cardboard so didn't burn hand. Still super warm when I got home which is a 20 minute ride. Cost is affordable at $9 pizza which includes tax. Customer service is great and no line. Parking lot available and street parking. Food is great and we have leftovers for family of 4. Thanks Pizza Hut at Rhawn Street, always saves the day and consistent. Keep up the great work!

The food was really good, I was doing a movie night with my kids, and got a triple box which had two pizzas, cinnamon buns, and cheese sticks. The price was good and the food was hot when I picked it up.

The cheese was a little brown (cooked too long), but I figured it was the holiday and they seemed more busy than usual. Next time someone should keep an eye on the cooking process.

The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to provide us with extra dipping sauce for our breadsticks. Awesome service!

Terrible communication, terrible experience, with the staff.only the delivery driver was professional other then the driver. The whole experience got my blood pressure elevated. I would advise all, not to order from that pizza hut at Rhawn and castor ave in phila.

THEY ARE ALL THE SAME AS A CHAIN. ITS THE QUALITY OF THE STAFF AND THIS ONE IS GREAT THEY MAKE SURE THAT THE FOOD IS COOKED TO ORDER WITH FRIENDLY SMILES
