Pizza Hut, Pottsville PA

Ordered 2 New Yorkers. The dough was obviously pass its shelf life, even when I asked for Fresh dough. The only good part was the sauce. Also ordered 2 Cheese Sticks. That dough was fresh the reason for the 2 stars. Pizza Hut throw away your old dough I do know the different.

The location is great and pretty cool staff. The food was what to expect at pizza hut. Oh they have a drive thru and a place to dine-in. They have a few tables. While there with my family they were busy but still got my order to me in a good amount of time. We will be visiting again soon.

Cheesy bread was burnt and no cheese. I was just eating bread. The lemon pepper wings had no seasoning at all. I don’t know if I went on a wrong day or not but it was a total waste of money. The young lady at the counter though provided great service.

One of the staff was very disrespectful to a young man doing door dash. She was very confrontational. She needs to be retrained. I was sitting outside eating and overheard her talking to him in non professional manner. It took place June 10th around 7p, it was a woman in glasses. I didn't catch her name.

We ordered on the app. Got there and Jarrod was high. He seemed all dazed and confused, and said there was no order there from us. He said there is no number for corporate and no manager. As we left he and some lady walked back out to toke while we drove off. We called back latter and the so called manager screamed at my wife and cursed at her. Very professional. Just what I expected from this place to be honest. This is %100 real reveiw, and there's hundreds of others from all of schuylkill county who get bad service from here
Don't wast your money. Ps. They wont reemburse you. They stole our money, and it WILL happen to you too!

Prices constantly go up on the app. I get it.if u order extra cheese.it goes up.pan pizza.it goes up.but it said one price and went up double what it said.also.my pizza that had extra cheese.looked just as bare as my other pizza.if I'm paying 3 or more dollars for extra cheese. I'd like to see a difference. I'm sick of my pizzas always having bare spots everywhere from there.
Most of the workers seem friendly. I EVEN tip them.so please make my pizzas with love from now on.thanks

After 2 hours and multiple calls to the store, which just sends you to a call center who do nothing.they finally had DoorDash deliver it.dough was raw so obviously inedible.they dropped it on our porch without even knocking.order was cold and just thrown in the box. I am still waiting on someone to contact me for a refund and I will NEVER order from here again. I suggest no one else order either!

Ordered a Pepperoni and Supreme pizza with regular and cheesy breadsticks. Suppose to take 65 to 75 minutes for delivery nope took 2 hours. The Supreme was burnt and cold along with the cheesy breadsticks. So disappointed.

Stopped in Pizza Hut in Pottsville, PA for an individual breadstick order and it took a half hour (atleast) until I had to go through the drive thru asking what happened to my husband and the breadsticks? I was quite annoyed!

I got the new meat lovers melt. It was delicious. Even though I was a little late the temperature was perfect. Very happy with it. I am going to buy one for my son soon.

Much better prices and friendlier people than the other pizza shop across the street that you can't even order through their application.
Way to go Pizza Hut!

Looking to have lunch with the family. Had a sign on the door that they were only doing take-out.

10/25/22. Today tried the Melts. Yummy Very delicious. I really hope they keep these on the menu.
