Pizza Hut, Shillington PA

Food is always done to perfection. I have never gotten burnt or dried out pizza from this pizza hut. Employees are always cheerful and doing their best!

Stay away, there are plenty of great mom and pop pizza places around and it is not necessary to look after your food before you leave. I just got off the phone with the manager and was told I need to look at the food before I leave with it. This place consistently cooks it overdone and dry, it's always like this at this location. Other Pizza Huts are so good. Every couple months I foolishly give them another try. So disappointing. Classic example of "buyer beware. "

To be clear, still gonna eat my Pizza Hut. Food is better than most chain Huts. The service is lacking because I selected curb side pick up and they didn't come out. After a long wait I went in to get it. Suggest not offering something that isn't going to happen, even if it's 'the thing to do' now days.

I guarantee you the majority of negativity brought on by very few customers is rare and a result of entitled individuals detached from reality. This store works really hard to create a welcoming and friendly experience as well as provide quality deliciousness Pizza Hut has stood the test of time for over the years above it's competitors. The call center has issues but that's not under the stores control. They will do their best to make everything right for you, and even their delivery drivers are a million times better than subcontracted doordashers that might decide to eat your food or who knows. Bottom line is simple, Nobody out Pizzas the Hut!

Literally mess my order up every time I order. Even when I walk in. I order extra mushrooms on my pizza. Pay for the extra topping. And it's like a joke to them. They actually always end up putting less mushrooms on then what you'd expect for a regular single order topping. Then when you try and call in to let them know. They put you on a half hour hold. Then hang up. Ridiculous! Tge worst is the damn town only has 2 pizza huts. And neither deliver to me in Muhlenberg. So I drive 15 to 20 mins each way. Only to always have my order wrong. And money ripped off for the extra topping.

I've been ordering takeout and delivery over 20 years from this Pizza Hut. Today I will have to say was the worst experience I ever had at this store or from any food place. We have a non-verbal autism child and there was another family with a special needs child too there the same time as us. An employee from the back came out and just start yelling at the children as if they were normal children to begin with and had no idea what was going on Anyway! There was a employee already out there at the counter and there was nothing going on that was wrong. The boy was just looking around the corner of the counter to see if that's where the food was that his parents order for him. Nothing dramatic.no employee should be yelling at kids to begin with but to be yelling at a special needs child on top of it makes the matter 100 times worse. I've been doing business with this store for over 20 years and never once my family or me were ever disrespectful or disrespected towards from the store till today. This employee stepped out a line and had no right to be yelling, especially with the parents right next to the children. I mean nothing was going on for this employee to be stepping out Line with a special needs child and something needs to be done due to this matter occurred. This store has lost my business permanently because I cannot support a business that treats special needs children and that matter let alone normal children or any disabled person in that matter.
. I called to cancel the order due to this incident.the store called me back and gave me an attitude because me canceling the order.

WARNING. Service is horrible. I pre-ordered a large pie 30 minutes ahead of time. And they tell me that my pizza came out wrong. So i was offered a medium pizza instead, after I paid at the counter for a large. Then I have to wait 15 more minutes for my large pizza, my correct order. What is the point of calling ahead of time, if you have to wait 15 minutes in store for your pizza in the right size. TO THE FRANCHISEE, your management is especially horrible. Please fire the manager. And how can't your employees handle making a large pie correctly the first time? This is a pizza place no? All of the employees who work here are idiots. Multiple cooks/whatever screwing off while me and another person wait for our pre-ordered orders.

The worst tasting boneless wings ever. They were nuggets with a couple drops of sauce, they were dry and hard HORRIBLE!

They never answer there phone!
They use doordash instead of a delivery person!
THEY USE ANAWERING SERVICE OUT OF STATES an they don't refund when you don't receive your food.

First let's start with how rude management are. I have tried this place twice just to be fair. Everyone has their opinion but they are by far the worst pizza hut. Pizza burned a strong in dough never smelled that except for the 2 times I've come here. Is it yeast I don't know.not the taste of an original pizza hut. Lacking customer service and quality taste.

The best pizza place ever? Umm …I ordered a large pepperoni & sausage pizza from this place, hoping to share a slice of joy with my family. What I got instead was a masterpiece of a pizza that tasted like it was made by an angel with a passion. The cheese was melted, the sauce was rich, and the pepperoni was crispy. It was so good that even my dog begged for a bite. I ended up devouring the whole thing and ordering another one for dessert. They should change their name to "Pizza Planet" because it is out of this world. The manager at this Pizza Hut, Carissa, is a real slice of heaven. She provides service with a smile and will brighten your day. You can tell she loves what she does and the people who work there take their responsibility of crafting pizzas seriously! Spoil yourself with some flavor and happiness and order from this place ASAP. You'll thank me later.

Did I just order from jail commecarry. Sure felt like it. I actually ordered 2 orders of breadsticks, i received one order. There’s was a note posted on the register $1.05 for Parmesan cheeses (grated) also the same price for red pepper flakes, seriously, come one like just sprinkle that on my pies, it’s like 2¢ worth!
