Pizza Marsala, North Huntingdon PA

I had a messed up order. A few days later I get a message on my Facebook saying don't I even talk to her co worker like I did again. I did not talk to them wrong at all, except I did explain I did not get the pizza I thoughy I was getting. Recently we have ordered and there is always something wrong, burnt pizza, cold pizza, sends wrong order. Not our fault they can't do what they are supposed to.

First time trying this place. Super happy with the food. Great hoagie and great pizza. Employees nice. Prices good. This is now our new favorite pizza place. Will definitely be ordering again.

First time, great food, way better than Fellinis.
Only thing is they seem to be a little off. I went in to pick up and said I already paid.so they charged someone else $60. Luckily for them I'm nice and insisted that I didn't pay yet, then they seen their mistake.

Placed an order at 3, given about 60min time window. Now 5 and nothing. Called once, was told driver was on way 40min ago. Call it 40-50min to make the pizza, leaving almost 1hr 15min for delivery, unacceptable. Received pizza cold.

We had a lg pep pizza and Greek salad delivered salad was delishes but pizza was awful very dry and cold hardly any sauce.thru away left overs and we never do that

We've ordered numerous times in the past few months and each time the food was delicious and service excellent

Pizza is great, especially when paired with the wings. Forget the sauce, and go for the wing dust.

Ordered lunch today for me and my family, and delicious as always! My order came when promised, and the delivery person wore a mask and was very respectful.

Garbage customer experience. Had a pizza delivered last week. It had been so poorly taken care of that my extra cheese only covered a third of the pizza as the rest was all over the box. Tried to reach out to rectify and recieved no answer.

This place has the best calzones! They don't skimp with the toppings. The calzones are always completely stuffed. It is also super easy to order on their website and to pick exactly what toppings to add. We love this place!

Went to pick up order at the North Huntingdon location. I was shocked to see no employees with masks or gloves! Not the person doing food prep or the counter person. Since it was prepaid I took it home but would not feed it to my family or my friend & her children who were visiting. I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE & am sooo very upset! No wondering the pandemic is spreading again! Disgusting

My daughter wanted pizza this evening, I thought we would try a different place, based on great reviews we opted for pizza marsala. The gentleman over the phone took our order and stated it would take 45min to an hour, I thought that's a long time but whatever it's our first time ordering. Over an hour goes by and no order. I called back, the lady on the phone puts me on hold as as soon as she answers, she comes back on the phone and proceeds to explain all orders are 1hr 30min for delivery, okay that's not what I was told, I tell her that maybe I should get a discount for the order being late, she then replies the best they can do is give me $5 off the next order, wow seriously, as I'm speaking she cuts me off and puts me on hold AGAIN, she then reluctantly tells me with a rude tone she will void the charge for the order. That was my first and last time for this place.

Great pizza and sandwiches. The veggie pizza was amazing. Prices are fair and the delivery people are always very nice. I also like that you can order online.
