Pizza Shop, Philadelphia PA

Order the cheese burger and took my time eating it because I didn't want it to be over. A must try as well the pizza.

We were visiting- we wanted a slice of pizza- WOW! We were so impressed- the pizza was amazing, thin crust and delicious… rather inexpensive for a couple slices and the Day’s soda (which was new to us, but soo good). I was very happily surprised. I also watched the gentleman while I was waiting to order additional slices- he was preparing fresh mango and chicken- it too looked amazing. Wished we lived closer it would be a frequent stop. Can’t wait until our next visit in town and to share with friends that are in the area.

I don’t like doing this because the pizza wasn’t terrible for the cheap price. I had a salad with green olives with the pit still inside. I wasn’t expecting that and crunched down on it. Cracked a molar that had a previous filling. Emailed them just to tell them maybe pitted olives like the rest of the free world and got crickets. They probably think I’m trying to sue them. I just want them to have some friggin common sense. There’s this new process where the pit of the green olive is removed and a pimento is placed inside

We ordered from them for the first time this week and I’m so upset that we haven’t before! Their pizza is outstanding! We also got their buffalo wings, we loved those, too. Tonight we ordered a pizza and they’re a short walk from my house so I picked it up. The restaurant is really nice! I think next time we’ll eat in. The staff is great, and even the delivery guy was genuinely friendly and kind. This is DEFINITELY out go-to pizza place from now on, and that says a lot being in South Philly!

Stopped in tonight to grab a pizza during the eagles game! I could tell they were a bit busy naturally! Added on some chicken fingers. Brought the pizza home and it’s PHENOMENAL, the chicken also phenomenal. GREAT PRICES. Good flavor! Very happy and will be ordering here again!

Omg. I purchased 3 large pizzas and a chicken cheese steak sandwich. OMG. It was Amazing and delicious. Best spot to purchase from.

I ordered their meatball parm pizza with green peppers and this has got to be one of the best pizzas I’ve had in south Philly so far. It was super saucy and cheesy. Delicious!

Overall great place to order from. Good food and good prices. I only deducted one star because they have a new delivery driver and he's not near as nice as the older gentleman who brought my food the first few times I ordered.

I didn’t even know this place was open from the outside but inside is clean, well lit, and staffed with friendly people. Got the extra hot wing sauce it did not disappoint. Pizza was a hit with the kids and good value for the price. My new favorite pizza place in the neighborhood.

Really liked the veggie hoagie. Solid vegetarian options, great prices, great food. Definitely recommend stopping in. Homemade dressings and sauces. Can't go wrong with this place

Ordered from this pizza shop 7 times, I just tried the pizza so far. And out of seven orders I only had one issue with the order in which I asked for extra cheese and I didn't get it on that order. But every order since that one time, my pizza was perfect. I just tried the conivore pizza and it was the best toppings on pizza I had in years. The toppings are a higher quality and not processed like other pizza shops. The kitchen is clean and the p.o. S system is up to date with multiple ways to pay.
They do have slices already prepared which I've tried, but when you order a fresh whole pizza it taste so much more better.
This pizza shop is definitely worth a try for those not familiar with this pizza shop, as it reopened under new management this past year.

Ordered pizza online to be picked up at 11: 45am on a Saturday. This place is supposed to open at 11am according to Google and the sign on their door. I get there close to noon and it's closed. Door was locked. No one answered the phone when I called. Huge waste of time.

EDIT: Paul from Pizza Shop has reached out explaining what happened. I decided to edit my review slightly since there seems to be some issues that went on that day beyond their control and they happened to be opening a little later than my arrival. Sometimes things happen and I appreciate this establishment trying to make things right. I hope to give them another shot when I am in the neighborhood next.

Awesome pizza parlor. Cheesesteak was delicious. Fry portion was huge. Prices are fair. Staff is friendly. Service is prompt.

Our pizza was delivered hot and fresh. The flavor was excellent and the ingredients were all high quality. I highly recommend this establishment with full confidence.

Good pizza n wins in South Philly. Literally my favorite place in the area for a pizza place that taste amazing.

Ordered one of their summer specials for under $30 I got a large pepperoni, 20 wings, and a 2lt soda. Both the pizza and wings were delicious, the wings were my favorite they’re not oily and small like some other places. I did a pick up and it was ready within 20 minutes. Customer service is wonderful as well, everyone was very nice. The specials make it worth the try.

The pizza is tremendous real thin crust and baked just steak sandwiches is very good to that's why I order from them

Ordered pizza and wings. Ready in 20min and very good. They make ny style pizza which is solid pizza. The wings were pretty excellent, meaty and tasty. I will definitely be ordering more!

Fyi the shaggy white dog on the corner belongs to the guy in the house around the corner.
