Not the best one I had been in but it's okay the customer service is bad. I will not be going to this one again

Glad they are open.everyone is keeping up with the guidelines. Great tanning beds and massage chairs.their staff are awsome.

Great place to work out. Very nice and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Love it here. The only problem is there should be signs near the resistance (weight) pulley machines that have a bench to pull resistance weight saying that this is not a chair. Too many people just sit there on the bench and are not using it or stopped using it but are still sitting there looking at their cell phones. The should use the machine work out then get off it and not sit there and look at their cell phone for another 15 minutes. Other people want to use that machine.

The staff are too busy trying to be cool to give you good service. You never get a receipt for your payment and don't know when you're being billed.

Great for the price! Lots of cardio machines, plenty of space on top floor for mat workouts, friendly staff. I usually see at least 1 cleaning person out while I am there every time.

Just cancelled my membership. The mask mandate changed and my location still requires you to wear a mask at all times. How can anyone work out like that!

I was just charged a membership fee and everyone knows they are not operating now and haven't for about 2 months about. Smh, I just want my money back.

LOVE this location. I've been to dozens of Planet Fitness' over the years and this is my favorite, hands down. The staff & the members are so chill, it's never too crowded and there's always a parking spot. Cleanest gym hands down, and totally love that they seem to have moved away from the scented sanitizers. I have no idea how some gyms get away with charging $60 smelling all musty, dirty and with half the amount of equipment as PF. Best $10 I spend all month.

Planet Fitness is my jam. The facility is always clean and is well-maintained. The equipment is good.

Canceled my membership 7 days before the billing and the girl at the desk told me that I was a little too late. Asked to speak to a manager and she said there was none there. Weird. Bathrooms were always FILTHY. Never any parking. Not much to offer either. Edge Fitness has tons of group classes with their membership for the same price as the black card!

Tanning rooms are filthy. Never clean and garbage cans are always full.

I liked this gym, it has a good choice of machines. The showers could stand more frequent cleaning - too much hair in the drain. I left here to join a gym with a pool.

Best deal for a gym, they are the most convenient: 24/7 they're located everywhere even Honolulu, HI- that was cool. My favorite part is that I can meet a friend at any location and bring them in as a guest. I also think it's the most inexpensive way to go tanning.

Place is super clean. Was not crowded at all.just off peak ours around 8pm. Excellent front desk staff (specifically had great help and support at this location from Tony) but all the staff working were super friendly. Will def work out here again when in area.

PEOPLE at front desk are mean, & make you clock in TWICE if you tan. They seem to BEEF up security when you ask TO TAN!?

Clean and everything you need. You can see them clean every equipment starting around 9 which is great coz with so many people using their equipment, it helps to reduce any health issues. Don’t go around 5-6. No parking at all. Gym is completely packed

Overall as a PF Black Card Member, I generally enjoy my visits to the center, but I would love for the center to invest in another PEC-DEC piece of equipment (located near the Ridge Ave.front windows), because often you have to either wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to finish using the one machine, or fight for position to use the machine. Also the bathrooms should be monitored and cleaned more frequently. Just some thoughts for Management to consider to help make our visits more enjoyable.

They've got quite a diverse set of workout machines. They have free weights as well. The facilities are clean, and the staff are always friendly. Being open 24/7 is incredibly helpful.

This location has no plate loaded leg press, no shoulder raise machine, no soap and a internet connection I can barely connect too. Goal to try them all continues.

I am not basing the review on contract requirements or complaints only on the gym itself.

It's PF. Not much expected. No frills spot to workout. As compared to others, the equipment is always being cleaned, the locker rooms, not so much.
