I love working out at planet fitness, because of the brand new equipment and the different sections to workout in. The app is my favorite and very convenient in telling me about the crowd in the gym throughout the day. The staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile The monthly price is reasonable. Extremely clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, excellent equipment and great location

It would be perfect if not for the same 2 issues: the overhead music is too loud. We must keep our ear phones’ volume really high to keep out the overhead volume, even with noise canceling ones. Also, have asked them to fix the adjuster on the seated biceps as the catch is missing, causing the seat to fall frequently back down to the lowest level. Other than these two issues I really enjoy PF. The staff always welcomes us with a smile and a friendly comment! They keep it very clean here.

Clean facilities, friendly staff and I can workout without feeling self conscious of how obese I've let myself get because I really never have been judged there like the commercials say! I only wish they'd go back to 24 hours a day because that's honestly the whole reason I bought my membership pre-covid.

$hitty music playing so loud that 95% of customers can barely hear the music they bring with them. Seriously, count how many people are wearing headsets.

Covid hours still suck on Saturday. Pretty sure they'll never go back. Why? Everybody still pays.

Always waiting on smith machines and searching for 45 lb plates. Shortage of plates make it impossible for me to do leg press. They just don’t care.

I love planet fitness! It was my first time visiting the Enola location and I was greeted by friendly staff and made to feel at home right away.

So far, the environment seems friendly. I like that the massage area is readily available. The staff are awesome!

I only recommend coming here during the day. From 4pm or later, good luck getting any machine other than a treadmill. Way too many people. The members here are pretty gross too; they do not wipe their machines down after using & they don’t re-rack their weights properly, if at all. 0 gym etiquette here from the members, but the staff is pretty nice.

I am redacting my previous review of this facility. While this gym is clean and well staffed with great customer relations, they refuse to expand into the adjacent building space that has been sitting empty for nearly a decade despite the customer base tripling over the years. It's a constant fight for machines, and a lot of the specialized machines there is only one of. If you're serious about your workout journey, maybe pick a less jam-packed gym.
