Zack and Spencer are sick! Place is usually laid back but can get pretty packed. BE 24 HOURS AND YOU GET THAT LAST STAR!

Staff is rude, stations are never properly filled with paper towels. My family member just canceled our plan here.

Very clean, helpful staff. Good selection of equipment. 4 stars because no trainer available. If so, I'd give 5

Updated equipment and decorations makes it an even better place to go.
As it is getting colder, it gets a lot busier. However, I have never had a problem getting the equipment I need.

Jason helped me w a billing issue, He took the time to listen and then figure out the issue but most importantly Correct the Isssue! Hard to find people that actually care and Jason Did! Ty Jason

Great little gym! Clean, nice atmosphere but can someone please replace the lightbulb above the mirror in the ladies locker room? I've said something numerous times. It's been MONTHS and it's hard to get ready after a shower without light. Thanks!

I signed up for this location because it used to be 24 hours. The new hours don't work for my schedule and I have had to switch locations to one that is a longer drive.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and state of the art facilities. You can't but that fro $10.00 a month

Exellent place to go. But on Saturdays in the location of Shillington PA you have a 2 unprofessional staff employee there are 2 guys really unprofessionals. Need to improve their service and manners.

I feel like I get what I want in a gym for a very reasonable price. It is clean and the equipment is good - except for the rowing machines which I liked and I hope are replaced with new ones soon. The staff is friendly too.

The gym is really nice and the equipment is awesome! But the thing that makes it 3 stars is not all, but some of the staff members are kind of rude. For example, when I had walked out of the gym after my workout I told them to have a nice day and they had just looked at eachother and started chuckling. This is not my first experience in them making snarky gestures to me. Other than this, I would consider coming here.

Very welcoming environment, equipment very well maintained, clean facility, staff friendly and easy to approach. Not overwhelming for someone who is self conscious or uncomfortable in gym settings

The staff is polite, friendly, cooperative, flexible and always willing to help when needed. They are conscientious about cleaning on a daily basis both on the floor and in the locker room.

I paid for a 24 hour gym I only have time to work out on the weekends and they are closed by 7. They say the pandemic caused them to close early but now they are raising prices on a gym membership that does half of what it used to offer. If I wanted that schedule I would have signed up for retro fitness that offers a wide selection of free weights and is more similar to traditional gyms.
