Great atmosphere, clean areas to work out in, able to get on all equipment with no problems or waiting.

They keep it pretty clean, and equipment is mostly in good condition. It's very convenient and not very expensive. I'm there 4-5 mornings a week, say Hi! If you see me.

Always see someone cleaning still need to do something about the phones too many people sitting around taking up machines and not working out and doing Facebook or something very rude

The gym was busy when I arrived. I signed in using the Planet Fitness App. The App is simple to use and worked great, it even shows peak times and how busy the gym is at different times throughout the week. I was very impressed at how clean and well maintained everything appeared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to use the hydro-massage without waiting. Although the gym was busy at the time, there were plenty of treadmills, steppers, bikes and rowing machines. I was able to use a rowing machine without waiting. It was a great visit and I was able to do everything I had planned. Thank You

Since I’ve moved here these passed few months I had my husband signed up for a black card membership so we can go to the gym together. I work out there minimum 4 times a week. We always come together and most of the workers always sees us together. Sometime last week I went to check in while my husband was in the car on his phone and a burgundy hair front desk person wouldn’t let me go in, I told her he’s outside on his way in and she gave me a hard time so I call my husband told him and told her he’s coming. I walk off to go put my stuff down because he’s coming in to worked out. Went tonight scan and went in and started the stair master she sent a guy really cool guy, he knows us that we always come to the gym together he said the manager put a note saying “I can’t come without him” I said he is literally on his way in he responded that he know and he don’t know why this is happening, I don’t know what that girl told her manager but that was disappointing and I will find a new gym.
No staff can say anything bad about me I’ve been very respectful since I started that gym.

Cant even work out here because most of the people sitting on the smith machine or squat rack scrolling on the phones while you waiting for a turn

Never knew terrible customer service existed until I started coming to this location. The worker Mia at the front desk is not sociable. Gives no proper information when asked. Walks around the gym and just stares at you very creepy vibes. Machines are always not working or out of service.

The staff is great, the manager keeps a clean safe facility. Ever since getting back into the gym on Aug 8th I dropped 30 lbs.that is due in part to her wonderful staff. They really wanna be part of your journey. Thank you PF!

First, it is the cleanest gym I have ever been in, beyond immaculate. But more than that it's the friendyliest gym I've had a membership to. The staff is always all smiles and they say hello and know your name. The gym is HUGE and though they're busy I have never had a problem getting on a peice of equipment and there's tons of it. You can work out by yourself or you can join one of thier fitness training groups, which I plan to take advantage of. They've got all the cardio, weights and resistance equipment you can think of as well as massage chairs and tanning rooms for you to relax with. Also, if there ever is a problem, which is very rare, they jump right on it and solve it for you. Samantha the manager is wonderful and I just can't say enough about her and the rest of her staff, they're great! Going to this gym is more than just working out, it's a comfortable experience that the staff creates for you with their exemplary customer service.

I like the convenient hours and the accessibility of the equipment. I like the sanitation station and they are always stocked.

Love this location. The staff are quite friendly and attentive to member needs. They keep the paper towels and cleaner stocked and overall keep the facility clean!

Nice atmosphere to work out in. The people are not rude and shopping areas once I'm finished working out.

Always clean, staff is friendly. Just wish it were bigger but it's a great gym. Love that they are open longer now.
