Planned Parenthood - Upper Darby Health Center

This planned parenthood is extremely unprofessional and very distasteful. They discuss patients before and after they visit. I sat in the waiting area and overheard the front desk staff trash talking patients, private matters that should not be heard especially at the front desk. Disgusting is the beyond an understatement.

Been this location for several years, they are good.but some front desk people really rude.shows no respect, and they treat so careless.but at the same time, other same race custmer been well taken care of.

Staff were all nice & helpful. Appointment went smoothly. Staff made me feel comfortable & calm before my procedure because I was a little nervous. Not a long wait time at all, was taken back within 5 minutes.:) thank you Ladies! You were all great!

I scheduled an appointment online for January 5th 2022 at 3: 30 I left work early only to come to this center to be told I can't be seen and that there is nothing they can do cause they short staff. I had an urgent medical matter and they turned me away without even honoring the proof I showed them. The girl said you are not in the system and we can't see you this is very unprofessional and they were careless of my concerns even after telling them the reason for my appointment.

I scheduled an appt here dec 7th and today’s date is Dec 22nd. I scheduled time off from my job to be here. I get here with an issue that has been bothering me for mths. I get here only to be told that I never confirmed my appt so it was canceled. I never received an email, text or phone call stating such. Neither did my confirmation email say anything about confirming twice. I was also told that I Wld not b able to b seen bcuz someone was already scheduled to see the doc at 4: 10 my appt time to which I also had a screenshot saved. How can a big establishment be so incompetent! I almost cried infront of the front desk worker who showed absolutely no emotion as she turned me back. Is this an office for humans or animals?

Please. Im begging you. Do not come here.

The staff are beyond rude, unprofessional and irresponsible. They made me wait for a hour just to tell me I wasn't being seen because he felt as though he didn't have to tell me. They messed a young ladies procedure up and did not give her the proper care. I don't live in the area and this was the only location I could go to same day.

I took took off of work and had a over the phone confirmation for the visit. This was horrible, i pray more options for us women come soon. I wish nobody has to go through this!

The staff here are nicer than they are at any other location I've been to. However I've made several "telehealth" appointments all of which they have failed to call and when I try to reach anyone I'm on hold for 45 mins or more and have not reached anyone no matter what time I call. You really have to just show up so they can't ignore you. I'm sure they're busy or something but it's pretty ridiculous how unorganized this place is. People are there for medical treatment it's so frivolous that someone not answering the phone isn't a big deal

Had a very positive, professional experience at this location. Doctors were informative, kind, and prompt in their assessments/procedures. I felt very safe and taken care of. This will be my permanent OBGYN location.
