23The guy in the front was very disrespectful and didn’t understand anything. They obviously don’t care the way they talk to people!
I am for Planned Parenthood and what they do. I have been to this location twice, both times with an appointment, and both times it has taken nearly two hours to get in and out. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they can't even see you within a timely manner? I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to be seen, and waited again in the room for another half hour just for a shot that took less then a minute. They really need to get their act together.
Went in for routine testing and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. The staff was very kind and got me in within a reasonable time frame. The nurse who took my blood was very sweet and gentle and did a great job to boot. I highly recommend going here for whatever your needs are. Make an appointment if you don't want to wait!
