I have been using Platinum plumbing for many years both for my Custom Home building Company and my personal House. They have always been prompt, fair, and professional in all aspects of their Business. Recently I had some repairs done at my home and could not be more pleased with the service. Everyone from the office staff to the mechanics performing the work were awesome.

Excellent work by Mike and Ian to install a new water heater in a tight utility closet. I appreciated their timely and efficient completion of the job and will be using Platinum for my HVAC servicing going forward. Thanks guys!

I called Platinum plumbing as I had a direct vent gas hot water heater leaking. They scheduled a tech to come out later that day. I was given a price as the tank was leaking and thought it was high but the water heater was for my 86 yr old mom and needed to be replaced. I tried to get my regular plumber but they could not get out for a couple of days. I had the WH replaced and paid the bill. I asked why there is no break down on my bill as far as the water heater, other parts and labor only pretty much a total. The tech said it was how they do it as a blank fee for all parts of the job. My problem with the bill seeming rather high is knowing what am I getting charged for any of it. Yes I know I needed something done but over double the price of a unit that was like for like replacement seems a bit extreme. We are talking about a few hours work.everyone was very nice to deal with i just wish I knew exactly what I paid for.

I’m remodeling a duplex and we used Platinum for full Plumbing System Replacement. They were Professional, On Time and Cooperative with the old building. We passed every inspection with flying colors and our lead tech Steve was the absolute man. Because of his experience and ethic, we were able to tuck everything into the walls and limit any soffits for the new upgraded system. 10 out of 10 will work with again.

Sent a tech out the same day we reported a problem with our tankless that Horizon was unable to fix (for 700!). Tech spent two hours meticulously clearing and replacing parts, and was very open, friendly, and informative. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call I made every associate has been very helpful, pleasant and professional. Elizabeth who answers the phone was very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with, she made everything very easy. Sean the estimator explain everything they would do and answer every question Iand concern I had. The estimate was phenominal for what they had to do. Remi the installer was pleasant upbeat and seemed very happy in what he was doing. Explained everything in detail when he was doe the install. Just so everyone knows they installed a complete hvac system in a utility closet outside with limited space. The job was done neat and clean. I will definately use them again. Thank you everyone.

Platinum has gone above and beyond for us multiple times now. Over the summer our A/C broke down and needed replacement. We were told it’d be 4-6 weeks for the equipment to come in due to supply chain (understandable). A week later I get a phone call from Sean saying they pulled some strings since we had small kids without A/C and could install the next day. Luis & team did a great job with the install.

This past week a power surge took out our heater while it was in the teens outside. I made an emergency call the night before Christmas Eve and Wes was here within an hour. Unfortunately it needed a new part but he didn’t hesitate to go grab us some space heaters to get us by until the part came in, which were a lifesaver and unexpected. He could’ve easily told us to go buy our own. The new part came in super quickly despite the holiday and today Remi got the heater back up and running.

We’re very thankful for everything Platinum has done to keep us comfortable. They’ve made some stressful times without A/C or heat much easier.

After years of working in the construction industry and hearing horror stories; I'm always skeptical when it comes time to make any repairs or modifications to my home. At this stage in the game, I've used Platinum for plumbing repairs, heating system maintenance and most recently, an HVAC install. In addition to being thorough, professional and knowledgeable; it's an added bonus that EVERYONE has been so friendly! I can't recommend them enough!

I’ve scheduled Platinum Plumbing to service investment properties as they came highly recommended. I was asked to put a credit card on file. The first appointment scheduled time they did not show and texted me after the fact that the tech was swamped. I understand- it happens. The second time they did a few things out of order. I asked them to eliminate heat ducts at 1 property as a priority followed by service to 3 other properties followed by a certificate and specific items pottstown borough requested. 80% of what was needed for the borough was done but nothing else at other properties. They then charged me without notification or indicating they did not complete the work order. Of course they wanted the larger mini split installation job which was not the priority. The reason for my feedback is because they scheduled technicians at 2 properties for 11/18 and 11/21. I notified tenants. Guess what, no show. When asked they said they needed to collected payment prior to service. What a waste of my time scheduling and waste of the tenants time. Awful communication.

We purchased a Fujitsu split ac/heat unit for our home from Platinum. We love the unit and Platinum has been wonderful to work with. They recently inspected the unit as part of our contract and were prompt, polite and efficient.

Our AC unit stopped working Friday night on a holiday weekend. We called Saturday morning and within 4 minutes your tech Cody called. Very professional, explaining everything on the phone. He arrived at our place, knew where the issue was, and we had our AC up and running in about 15 minutes after his arrival. Thank you for being so prompt and dependable.

Price was a little high considering I asked them out to look at my pressure switch because I thought the nipple was clogged. Thats what it was, but I was charged for diagnostic test on my bladder tank. Four stars, for very good work. Deduct 1 star to get charged for something I diagnosed.

Yesterday, I had a shot PRV. I called Platinum and made a regular (non-emergency) appointment and they still came the next day. Just now, Steve A and Jack just left our house with the repair completed in less time than what was quoted and at a reasonable price. On top of that, they noticed I had a bad spigot further up the plumbing system (it's a 1941 house and needs some updating) and threw in a quick fix for that which gives me an extra safety feature. It looks good, it's working great, and when I need to replace my water heater (before long), I'll be calling Platinum.

I am a former HVAC/R contractor and was in need of a master plumber to install an advanced heat pump water heater as well as remediate poor plumbing work over the years. I put an RFQ out to four primarily plumbing companies and Platinum listened and addressed the requirements best of all four. Additionally their pricing was competitive. The heat pump water heater, a new water main manifold with shut offs and pressure regulator and other repairs to poor plumbing work was completed within the day and operates like new. I worked with a number of trades on home projects and these guys are the best! Chuck Robinson formerly of BucksMont HVAC.

Incredible service! After being told we needed to replace the unit, Platinum came out and said they could fix the issue. They came out multiple times to ensure our comfort (in the middle of a heat wave) while waiting for the part and saved us a bundle. We will always call them first from here on out and I highly recommend them! Awesome employees. Awesome service. Grateful customer!

Shaun Mills was VERY helpful when we were in a sticky situation. He advised us on next steps when our unit broke down. He made thoughtful recommendations about his process and made himself available after hours and to accommodate short notice for an appointment.
