The quality is always good but the pricing keeps going higher and the staff is usually less than friendly. They prefer to talk to themselves instead of being available to cash my items out.

As far as the customer experience goes, and I hope this is not beginner's luck, this store has the kindest employees. They were very attentive when handling the items brought in. They organized them neatly back into the suitcases and bags. I NEVER had this happen in Plato's EVER! I lost three suitcases and so many pieces of merchandise due to the mishandling of them at the other PA locations. (Broken zippers, ripped suitcase backs, clothes stuck in the zippers, etc.) I was so surprised to see that this did not happen here at all. Whoever trained these girls should seriously be promoted to train the other Plato's staff in personal relations with customers and handling their belongings.

Unfortunately, the low payout is the reason this location did not get 5 stars.

Will never go back to this one ever again, staff very rude. And I brought in bags that were more than her pay check probably and she gave me $3! And there were 3 designers bags and 2 little wallet bags. You should do better

Love the prices hate the attitude. The ladies behind the counter will not greet you much less help you, especially if you are over the age of 30.

Always turn down clothes, if it isnt name braned. Give them good, clean clothes but dont want them! Never going there again

The website states that they will accept clothing drop off until 8 pm. I drove 45 miles one way and arrived at7: 30 and i was told they were not accepting any more drop off’s for the night. VERY frustrating!

I have shopped at this store and have sold with them numerous times. And today after I dropped some clothes off they did not text me about my cash offer and when i asked them about it they were completely rude. Never again.

This is a great place to get good deals. It's an upscale consignment shop where you can bring in your own used clothing for cash as well as purchasing other used clothing. They only accept certain items and brands so you know what they have is of decent to great quality and not too worn out. They have a great loyalty program and points system. They can send texts with updates in sales. They will also give discounts for damaged clothing

I was not impressed. Prices are high for the used and dirty clothes and shoes. I'd rather shop at Community Aid and buy the same brands for WAY less. Plus it's fun going through the clothes rack looking for that diamond in the rough. The amount of worn out ratchet looking shoes was crazy and all of which they wanted well over $10 a pair for. The clothes. I didn't even bother because the racks were overstuffed.

I love Plato's Closet! They have the best clothes and purses and everything you need at great prices! And give me cash on the spot for my clothes I dont wear anymore! I come here often and they never disappoint! Thanks Platos!

I absolutely love this store! The girls that work here are very nice and helpful. I find something every time I visit. Also the prices for the designer handbags are also amazing!

Took clothes here. Barely used and like new American Eagle men’s. They turned them away. But I look on the racks and mist items are well worn and drabby!

Went in there the other day, the entire store smelled like marijuana. Not against marijuana but I dont wanna walk into a store inhauling it especially when pregnant. They dont give you a fair or decent price when you go to sell clothes there. They said some of my clothes were not in style yet they had a neon yellow pair of pants with cheetah print ‍️ OKAY

Can’t go in with a set price you want your items for since they need to make a profit. Still come out with a good chunck of change and nice staff<3

I will admit they have a lot of nice stuff at good prices. But my word the air fresher gives me an immediate head ache every time I walk in. What is up with that?

As far as selling your clothing to them.awful. Took 5 large garbage bags full and left with over 4 they did not take. I had very nice clothing I was giving them as well. What the heck are they looking for? ! And they give you hardly anything for the clothing they will take.
