Plato's Closet, Bridgeville PA

I ordered online and a few things were out of stock but i got a refund in a very timely manner and it only took about 3 days to receive my order and it was packed perfect. 10/10 would recommend and i will be placing more orders. Thank you guys, I appreciate it! <3

I came in towards the end of the evening on a Saturday. The store was clean, neat and organized. Great size selections that cater to everyone and I came across some very unique items. Also, I saw a lot of trendy, in-season name brands and many were still brand new with tags. The staff (3 girls) was very helpful and friendly: Lauren was the manager on duty. She was very efficient and kind. Her and her two co-workers were very welcoming but took the time to greet me and check me in. Personally I felt rushed but they made me feel comfortable. I hate dropping in close to closing time but they didn’t rush me out like some stores do! I’ll definitely be back!

I know y’all don’t go threw the whole bag of clothes. I found clothes that were still folded like how I put them in. No way in hell you touched them. No shoes were taken, that were basically still brand new. Y’all take stained stuff, ripped stuff. Like come on!

I have shopped at this Plato’s Closet off and on for a decade now. Overall the store is typically well stocked with many items to choose from. However, I have noticed the quality is not always fantastic. Some clothing has stains or piling of the fabric or just super worn out in general. Which is unfortunate because I often see items I love, but refuse to spend money on flawed clothing.

When customers come into the store with product to sell - the employees quickly sort through it without taking much time to look for defects and flaws.

However, I will continue to shop here periodically, in hopes of finding something cute! I have definitely have some nice items over the years from Platos

My experience was easily a 5/5! I was greeted right away and was asked if i needed help within 3 minutes of being in the store! I was super impressed with how clean and organized the store was. Jacob (the assistant manager) came up to me while shopping to make sure i was doing okay! Jacob also run me out at the cash register and he was so friendly and polite! It’s really nice seeing people enjoy what they do! All in all i will be returning!

Great service 10/10! I cleaned out my closet right after college and had a ton of stuff to bring in. They explained the process clearly and went through all my clothes in a timely manner and I am so glad I went here! Everyone was so kind and I will definitely be bringing more items to them in the future!

Find somewhere else to shop. I’ve never felt so snubbed and talked down to by employees before.

I came in, and as usual I had some amazing finds. The clothes are in such good condition and not to mention how nice and friendly the staff are. During one of my experiences, Sam made sure I got a fitting room, found the guys section, and asked if I had any points. The rewards program is very rewarding and definitely recommend stopping in if you want to find some amazing clothes for a reasonable price!

I can’t say enough good things about this store! The staff is incredible they treat their customers so great, more so then in other store I’ve shopped in. They develop relationships with their customers, and make you feel truly appreciated! They always have great items at awesome prices! My #1 spot for all clothes, shoes, and accessories! Please if you’re going to shop, do so at small businesses like this where you’re truly appreciated!

I came in a few days ago and the store was so neat and clean and all of the employees were very friendly! Jamie especially helped me pick out a cute outfit for my upcoming trip to the beach and even helped me find some shoes I never would have found otherwise! She also seemed very efficient and hardworking while cleaning up the store!

I came in looking for jeans and asked Sam if they had any cute jeans in my size. She walked me to the jean isle and the American eagle jean section and was beyond happy with the jeans I found at a fair price! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend if looking for comfy affordable jeans!:)

Always find something of value here in my size, which is hard to say for many other clothing shops. The good? Soooo much variety at a, well, decently overpriced cost. The bad? This isn't really the store's fault (I don't think), but the sizes are commonly mixed up. Mediums where large should be, small where XL should be, etc. Overall? I'll be going back for sure.

Came into the store the other day to buy my son clothes for school.the employee Jacob was so awesome and helpful! I will definitely be back to shop at the store again just because of him!

Store was clean, some of the clothes were outdated.the major problem for me was that some of the staff was very unprofessional.i took my 14 year old daughter shopping and we had to leave the girl working had a white shirt with no bra and you could see right through it and her nipple piercings the outfit would have been cute but make sure you are covered.its a place for teen and thats what we show them.

Buying in here is an okay experience but selling sucks. There's always every excuse in the world not to buy my clothing when some are not even a year old and only worn once. I wish there were more cash on the spot consignment shops other than Plato's and Clothes.

Response: I disagree with the below response. I took those same items and more to the Plato's on McKnight Road and they took everything. Simply Vera, Lularue and all so.

Stopped in the other day and was kindly greeted by Jacob. I found some cute clothes for my daughter and Jacob checked us out so fast and efficiently. You have a great employee. I will definatly shop at this store again.

I have been here to buy and sell several times. They never end up buying any of my clothes even when their name brand and in style. I've always felt uncomfortable as a customer in the store too. Clothes mentor runs their store much better

Jeez. Had an amazing experience with a girl there named Mel! Not only was she drop dead Gorgeous! She was drop dead Kind! Polite and honest. Highly recommend selling clothes here, especially when she's working!
