The only downfall for me is I have to drive so far to visit.
The location near me (Monroeville} went downhill since the new management so I gladly take the long drive to this location to enjoy the great prices and huge selection of items.

I’ve been to plenty of Plato closet stores before but truly enjoy this one the most. The staff is extremely friendly as well as the management. The store is always organize and clean which makes it so easy to shop for what you’re looking for.

This store is absolutely amazing and would recommend to everyone! Very clean and organized, friendly staff, and amazing selection!

Honestly can’t even believe this happened. I came here to have some time to myself & shop. I had a pretty big chunk of clothes to buy. As I’m in the dressing room, an employee ASKED ME & ONLY ME to get BACK IN THE DRESSING ROOM LINE. So she wanted me and me only, to get dressed, gather up my buy and do not buy, rehang them, & get out of my dressing room, just to get back in line & wait for another dressing room. And nobody else in any other dressing rooms were asked to get back in line. And because I guess I wasn’t fast enough, she bangs on my door saying she will call security if I’m not out in 5 minutes. Meanwhile I’m LITERALLY TRYING TO GATHER UP MY MESS AND GET FULLY DRESSED.

So I left everything as is and walked out. And the nerve of the girl on the way out to ask to see my receipt as if I was actually going to spend money now. I had every intentions and was actively trying on hundreds of dollars of clothes & for whatever reason I was singled out & rushed. It’s crazy to tell someone to get out the dressing room and wait in line. Absolutely absurd. No time limit signs were posted. And I was specifically singled out. Really disappointed because I wanted to buy the stuff and still do but not from people who embarrass me when I’m literally minding my business.

Best discount clothing store. They have a large variety of new or gently used clothing in every size. Most stores like this have limited extra small sizes, but there is a plethora of them here. They have attire for any occasion. The prices can not be beat. I have bought clothing with the original tags for 80% off the retail price. Nowhere else can you get a discount this large on name brands. All the items they sell are in good condition. They also sell some makeup, jewelry, head bands and hair ties, purses and phone cases. They have a rewards program as well with added points if you go bagless, (which I love that they seem to be conscientious about the environment). They have fitting rooms with seating outside of them. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They are always busy making sure items are where they are supposed to be and answering any questions you might have. I highly recommend this store.

Staff is nice and helpful, always find something I'm looking for when I stop by. Always worth stopping in when I'm in the area!

Terrible experience. Called ahead to ensure I’d be arriving on time to drop off clothes so employees would not be over extended. Arrived on time per our phone call and waited quite some time before an employee even acknowledged me at the front desk. Employee demeanor was rude, short, and disrespectful. Manager seems sweet but did not address the disrespect and instead shared that they are very understaffed and all employees are 13-14 years old. I’m confused by this as PA law requires you to be 14 for employment. Will not be selling my clothes here or returning. Would recommend anyone in the area go to the Pittsburgh location instead.

Awful. Didn’t take anything claiming it was “out of date” okay considering it was summer 23 American eagle tag still attached. These employees are stuck up or Plato’s is just plain broke. But I’m guessing both. Hey 90’s styles aren’t what you think they are. Not every chubby girl wore bike shorts & oversized sweatshirts but go off Plato’s cranberry staff

I called prior to going to the store and talked to Serina in Cranberry. I just wanted to inquire as to what the store best needed so not to bring things they were not looking for today. Serina helped guide me to better prepare me for my store visit. I met her when I arrived and when I was checked out. I was pleasanty surprised with what Platos paid me for the merchandise i brought into the store. Serina also assisted me with carrying my baskets to my car. The Cranberry location is a great place to shop. It appears that everyone there is customer service oriented which is key in Making a business successful.

I give the Plato’s closet in Cranberry 5 stars! All of the employees especially Sadie was absolutely amazing! They had wonderful prices, the store was beautifully organized and clean! My daughter and I couldn’t of walked out happier! We will definitely be going back!

Left within 5 minutes. I loved this Plato’s when they had a smaller, more manageable location- now, with their additional space, it’s like they have to buy more to fill it and are less picky about what they will take. Lots of gross items that they are pricing for way too much. I saw a shirt jacket for $40.at that price, I could go buy one brand new elsewhere. They need to rethink a few things unfortunately.

I take my daughter about once a month.sometimes to look for something specific and sometimes just for fun. I of course always end up purchasing something for myself as well. You just need to be in the mood and have time to sort through the racks.

I love this Plato’s! The staff is fantastic. The buys are more than fair. There are times I will take my stuff, expecting less $ than I get & I always leave happy. Whether it’s coming out w/ extra spending money, a credit or my daughters obsession with lululemon. The staff went above and beyond when we couldn’t find a coat that we put on hold. Sadie was a sweetheart, along with every team member anxiously looking for it everywhere. Not to mention the social media marketing is AMAZING! Plato’s in Cranberry is incredibly lucky to have an insanely talented, kind staff. Please rate this store ️️️️️’s. They deserve it. Check out their social media, too. Those girls are talented:)

Being in this place for more than 5 minutes made me want to rip all my hair off.all of their clothes are outdated ugly overpriced 2017 american eagle clothes as well as lots of their clothes have stains on them.their racks were so full and packed you could not easily search through anything.also i brought in brand new 6 month old brandy melville items and they did not take them.this location specifically made me consider grinding my teeth on a pencil sharpener.staff was not the friendliest.

I just found a brand new shirt from gabes with the tag still on and it was upcharged from the original price
