Went here tonight worst service ever. I know everyone’s busy with COVID and low staff but the owner caught an attitude after we were given water for 45 minutes. Our orders were wrong and they tried to charge us extra instead of taking off the bill. This was one of my favorite places and it was the worst experience ever.

Didn't really like what I ordered, tasted quite off from what the menu said and what was missing ingredients.

They've updated their menu, added a few new things to it. Still a great atmosphere with friendly staff. Food is amazing and no matter how busy they are, you never have to wait long for your food.

So friendly, great food. Large Margherita selection. Fish tacos were great! Love the burrito pastor

Been to Plaza Azteca in Outerbanks which made me visit the Kennet Square location being the same brand. An extremely disappointing experience with more than a couple things that went wrong. Food was bland. Hard to communicate with the staff due to language barrier. They punched in an incorrect order and brought the same at the table making us wait A LOT to get the right order. We were told that the dessert which is a part of birthday celebration is on the house and they ended up adding that to the order.

Cocktails were nice. And Guac was very fresh. Those were the only two positives of the entire dine in experience. Pathetic enchiladas and fajitas. They did put up a sarcastic job application post for the staff which now makes me think that they already know their staff service isn’t the best. Avoid this place if you are looking to get an overall dine in experience.

My friend who doesn't like Mexican food Likes Plaza Azteca. Good food, drinks, service was excellent and prices are fair.

I’m not sure where to start, we normally really enjoy Plaza. However tonight was not the case. We ordered in the restaurant and the employee we spoke to seem to have a hard time understanding what we were asking for. We ordered a steak fajita meal, chicken fajita meal, enchiladas and a combo number 3. The steak was incredibly tough, the chicken tasted as if it wasn’t seasoned and the combo number 3.was just completely wrong. We asked to sub with chicken, the employee said that was fine.but everything was beef. The only thing that came out as expected was the enchilada meal. Unfortunately, going back to the restaurant with the disappointing meals wasn’t an option. Also super disappointed that they didn’t add the white dipping sauce with the chips! Just really bummed overall.

Food and service was great and this was on a busy Valentine's night! That was our 1st visit and not our last.

These guys are so good to me and my family every time we come in. The food is always hot and fresh. And the service is top notch.

Servers are great! They are obviously short staffed, but the servers, runners, and busser do well. Our food was great and we were served timely. The ONLY thing that bugs me about this restaurant are the owners. They are not friendly to customers and you can tell they are negative towards the staff. Correcting them all the time yet never jumping in and helping lilke a TRUE LEADER DOES.

Terrible experience. Worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to. Manager was totally incompetent and unprofessional. Will not be returning!

Friendly staff and customers, I love the margaritas they are perfect! Plenty of tequila just the way it should be

Stopped in for dinner tonight after walking around Longwood Gardens this afternoon. I had the tacos, always a great choice. Mom got the seafood chimichangas, and Nana got the enchiladas El jefe. Both were absolutely wonderful! We also shared the cheese dip as an appetizer and the churros for dessert. The crew was working together so well and moved like a well oiled machine. Definitely would come back again.

Great food with extensive menu. The chips and salsa were great along with the table side guacamole. Fast service and friendly staff.
