Plaza Dental Associates, Erie PA

In the beginning of the month I was given the price of a crown that was pre authorized. Paid half down got the work started. Go to finish the work and was told it was now $100 more than agreed on and told oh well make a payment plan. When I said no because it was not the cost I agreed too I was told that's not their problem. I did send a report to
state compliance. So much for transparency in billing now required by law. Dentists there are amazing but not the billing woman. Then I get a text asking for a review of the appointment I couldn't have.

I was referred here by a family member. I can see why. Great service and professionalism. I highly recommend Plaza Dental as well.

Never was told payment was due in full at the time of the appointment. Wasn’t provided the proper medication of my child prior to wisdom teeth removal surgery. I was told they “didn’t have my pharmacy listed”. All 5 of us have been going to this office for 15 years! Why isn’t my pharmacy listed? They couldn’t pick up the phone and call to ask? Teeth removal has been scheduled for months. Not allow in the room with my own child who’s a minor while sedation was administered. I was kicked out of the room while my kid was crying, scolded like a child by Dr Myers and was asked to leave yet I was told my child will have a great experience. I will never come here again. All 5 of us will be finding a new dentist.

I needed a check up appointment for my dentures and implant post, my appointment was on time, all was good they cleaned and polished my dentures like new, it was good to see DR Weber as well.

The staff at Plaza Dental is absolutely amazing! Prompt check in and quick to take you back, they immediately make you feel at ease and welcome. Michelle is undeniably our favorite employee there! We know how lucky we are to have her as our hygienist for nearly 30 years! She is the reason we come and go wearing a beautiful smile every visit. She has cared for our teeth and our hearts over the years and sets the standard of what a phenomenal team member should be. We are so grateful to be in such good hands at Plaza Dental.

By far the most caring dentist I have been to in many years. I feel like they really listen and care about me as a real person not just an income.

Dr. Schuster was very kind. I needed a root canal and I was very nervous. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and then, as he worked, he would let me know what he was doing and what I could expect. Root canals are not a quick procedure but I felt confident that I was in good hands with Dr. Schuster. I would surely recommend him. His assistant and the office staff were all very nice.

I love Plaza Dental! From the moment I walk in the door and greet the office staff till the moment I walk out, everybody is friendly and professional. My hygienist, Teresa is such a sweetie and Dr. Walters is the absolute best!

I've been coming to Plaza Dental since I was a small child I am now 58. They have very friendly dental hygienist along with the dentist himself. They treat you like family never had a bad experience here ever.

I really appreciate the staff being kind and masking for my 3 year old daughter at risk. We also have a newborn at home and people at risk so it's appreciated!

Staff is always pleasant and efficient. Very clean and modern office. Minimal wait time. Dr. Weber is wonderful. I have TMJ and he always lets my jaw rest during any procedures. Very kind and thoughtful dentist.

Always a great experience at Plaza Dental! I had a post implant and although I’ve never had a bad dental experience, I’ve always had anxiety going to the dentist.
