Pleasant Valley Townhomes, York PA

I don’t ever leave reviews but we were really sad and disgusted when we left. Lived there for years with no problem until the new property manager started. We are very quiet to ourselves people but she’s extremely trashy and rude. We only moved because we couldn’t deal with her anymore.
The parking and trash were annoying like people said but we dealt with it when there were decent humans running things.

First year rent was raised $50 which we expected. Second year was $75, thirs year was almost $150. We were going to renew a 4th time, but they wanted to raise rent another $150. They are constantly leaving notes on doors about random inspections to check if blinds need replaced, dumpsters are always overflowing which causes emails with fine threats to go out and then nothing is ever done. No assigned parking. Some of the maintenence guys are really nice, but others just don't seem to care. Management is almost always rude and has attitudes. Cars are also constantly broken into. The only good thing I can say about this place is it's in a good school district and there have been lots of friendly neighbors with kids for my children to play with.
