The museum is so much fun. My family had a great time. My son has autism and even with a transition meltdown had a great time. The staff was so understanding and engaging. The exhibits are perfectly designed to bring out the kid in us all.

Visited here with our 2 kids - and we all had an amazing time. The site is beautiful, the exhibits are fun and interesting, and there's a great spread of activities available. Would absolutely come back.

I always love the Please Touch Museum. Unlimited rides on the carousel and tons of things to do for the children kept them busy and entertained since the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The staff was the best, offering so much insight and had special activities for everyone throughout the day. My children enjoyed storytime with Jess.

I thought it would have way more interactive stuff for toddlers. Storyvill has way more. Touch museum is big it should have more up to date interactive toys.

A great place for the kiddos. Easy to spend several hours there. Nice to have easy parking and I was happy to pay the cost to save us from lugging a stroller in.

My kids had so much fun! This was their 3rd time here and they always enjoy themselves. We were got here at 10 and left at 3. They really enjoyed the guy telling the stories (he's so nice!)

This was AMAZING! We took a 7.5 year old and a 2 year old, and there was plenty to do for both of them. Super fun exhibits, safe parking, plenty of space to play, and inexpensive meal options. Thank you! E will be back!

This place is great for little kids (5 and under) it's not terribly big and could be a little cheaper especially for the adults. However it's great for growing minds and has some really cute areas of play for toddlers. I juat feel like 22 for the adults is a bit excessive. They could also use a better food selection in their cafe. Also anyone over 2 is required to wear a mask!

This place is absolutely fantastic!

From the time you arrive, it is very impressive. The building on the outside is absolutely stunning, as are the gardens and surrounding features. As soon as we arrived, my two and a half year old toddler squealed with delight "I go inside castle! ".

On the inside, it is just as impressive. So many things to do that you don't know what to do first. Water play with protective vests and plenty of toys, a huge area devoted to transportation such as buses, trains, cars etc, areas for art, building, and a really impressive "through the looking glass" themed area.

I would only offer two minor criticisms.
1- there are three large tables in the transportation area full of the small wooden train toys and track pieces that seemingly every child has at home. I see these all the time at children's play places, and every single time there are children hoarding the toys, trying to take them out of other kids hands, and having disagreements over them. I think every kid in the place was trying to get to them at the same time, and while it is an opportunity to talk about sharing, it felt like a distraction compared to everything else.

2- price.
I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and this place is fantastic. But it's just under $20 per person, including a two and a half year old. Along with $16 parking that is a little bit steep. Again, I'm not suggesting it be a heck of a lot cheaper, because we want the quality to remain high. But I feel like $15 for adults, 10 for children, and maybe even less for children under three would be fair. Same for parking.

All in all, this was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be bringing the kid back!

It's a whole lot of nothing. The water tables half way work, which means some aren't turned on. The monorail was closed off. The icecream station, food truck, and front step area all have very little play food to play with, to the point that children are fighting over it. Most of the buttons that's suppose to make sound don't work.

No theater or dance party, and the Cafe is basic but pricey. The whole Alice and Wonderland could use a good power wash. Knobs on the doors are missing and suprise it's nothing behind it. They taped off a square and threw down some soft blocks. The wellness and super market are still under construction. The whole innovation exhibit is so so pointless. Absolutely nothing to do in there. I seen old mics and dress up clothes, and guess what? MORE blocks! Including the section next to the carousel, I count three block areas.

Space station is boring, the planets seem dusty with chipped paint. You can however shoot rockets, which is cool. The buttons make no noise. The kitchen in the play house area is on its last leg. That area could use a scrubbing. Storybook area and Alice and Wonderland area needs to be either upgraded or gutted period. It lacks props and that wow factor. These aren't the stories of the times any more, I almost fell asleep reading those scrolls.

Had so much fun. My sons 3 and he loved it and there’s parking on the street if you don’t want to pay 16$ for parking. Also they were super easy with changing the day I reserved our tickets for

They have a new abusive policy for masking children in accordance to cdc guidelines. Once they stop being the bad guys in history, I shall visit them monthly with my children again.

Shame on this place.

My nephew had so much fun! This place is full of very fun things for the little ones, even things that don't seem interesting to us adults the kids love it! I definitely recommend it especially if your kid needs some sensory release!

Absolutely love this museum. It had many things for my 1 year old to do and he loved it! I can't wait until he's older and can fully enjoy everything

My almost 2 year old had the best time. My only disappointment is that we haven't been going for the past 6 months. It's much bigger than I expected. My son loved the Septa bus the most.

Great experience! So much to do for all ages. Not very crowded. Sanitizer dispensers everywhere. Free parking on street.
