If I could give them zero star, I would. Booked the load with Christian Torio and had a detention at the shipper who made my truck late. We agreed to keep the load to help them, and they didn't pay anything. Had them call the driver, Nichoals German did it, and tell him that, but they chickened out and told him they will pay. Then Matthew Levin told us they will put a freight guard on a load that was already delivered because they were "forced to pay extra". Do not book loads with them, I am so ashamed to have worked with them.

Mateo is one of worse people to deal with took our layover and never gave us. Don't book load with them not worth it. They will put finacial burden on you. Seth is perfect in worst customer service. God watch every Penny you take from somebody hardwork not to worry. Karma is real.and we will get it back through NCCDB or claiming your bond.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being such a great freight broker to work with. Their communication has been excellent, and they have always been very responsive and helpful whenever I've had any questions or concerns. It's really refreshing to work with someone who is so reliable and professional. I appreciate all that you do to make our partnership a success!

Brokerage is ok
But their tracking team is stupid and do not communicate inside their company
Calling me at 3am, emailing 10 times for update on the load which has delivery at 7am
Their tracking is team seems to be overseas and they don’t know that time zones exist

I can't put 0 stars or I would.
Load booked through "V", who was highly unprofessional with both dispatcher and driver. Harassing phone calls and disrespectful comments.
Shipper wasn't ready upon arrival and load couldn't be delivered in a timely manner. At least 15 phone calls later, "V " told both dispatcher and drive the customer lied.
Upon phone calls to customer, it was not a rushed order.
"Vs" lies and unprofessional behavior ended up costing the company 500$ on a 650$ load.
Absolutely shameful.
It's not surprising this company has so many poor reviews and many of the same stories.
#2. Booked a load and was in detention 5 hours, shippers fault. Both shipper and broker told me we were getting paid our detention fees. We spoke no less than 10 times to Balfour, who promised us our money. This load eventually ruined the day and the week.
Thanks PLS, and Balfour, for taking food out of kids mouths. Never, ever again. Straight thieves.

After looking at comments really helps to going further and filling complaint to appropriate departments. Because it's not they do with one person. They have habit of taking people layover. People hardwork is joke for you guys. No problem Seth.

Pays low detention, had a load with pls
Receiver unloaded 7 hours and broker pays only $40 and I lost my next load

Carriers avoid this horrible brokerage they are wasting your time telling you that they are booking the load with you and looking for cheaper carriers very unprofessional

I worked with Nick Kosinski many time. He always lies about your apt for pick up or delivery. He never paid detention or layovers. I spent 8 hours at delivery. Received told me that they will pay me for my time but Nick never did. He never sent me new rate confirmation. He never picked up a phone.

Do not work with team 5 or with Nick Kosinski. They will steal your money.

Please do not work with this company. They short paid me 550$. I booked a load Nick Kosinki who is unreliable and unprofessional. He did not verified with receiver loading instructions. Received rejected my load because on broker fault. The coils can only come in coil cage. Nick was super rude and hand up a phone. He only care to sell you a load and blame all problems on driver. His team was not helpful either. We sent them multiples emails. No response.

SIGNED A RATE CON, WHEN PICKING UP THE LOAD IT WAS ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT THE RATE CON STATED, WAS OFFERED $200. NO WAY! WILL NEVER HAUL FOR PLS AGAIN. WHAT A JACKED UP COMPANY! I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO POST REVIEW, ABOUT LIKE SIGNING A RATE CON AND THAT IS HALF OF WHAT THE WIEGHT REALLY IS!
