Very satisfied with my overall experience with Plumbing Masters. Kyle was on time, very respectful and extremely professional. I absolutely recommend their services.

Plumbing Masters did a big job for me replacing my sewer line. The line was 9 feet deep and they ran into several problems. They solved each problem and did beautiful work making sure to leave the work site in great shape.

They are prompt, communicate well and Ryan and crew were the smartest and hardest working crew I’ve met in many years. A 12 hour job done meticulously. I highly recommend them, it’s almost impossible to find work of this quality anymore.

These guys did a masterful job of adding a downstairs restroom into an existing laundry room. Efficient, knowledgeable, and on time! I will definitely use their service for future plumbing needs!

We had a major sewage blockage towards the street. I called at 7: 30am and Logan was here around 8am. He was very professional and personable and he tolerated me following him around asking a million questions. He jetted the pipe clear and was done in around an hour.
The cost was very reasonable considering the equipment, the pipe being cleared and it only taking an hour out of my day.
Highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

Worst experience EVER! Got a big run around on everything. Did not fix the problem just got excuses. I would not recommend this business for anything. Had to get someone else to fix what they messed up. Muddy water throughout the whole house and they had all kinds of excuses!

Excellent service. They have great communication, did quality work, and Logan was a pleasure to deal with.
The job got expensive quick, but was worth every penny. Logan removed about 6 feet of roots from my main drain, located where my pipe ran and checked the condition of it all, then repaired the damaged section. He explained the whole process, answered my questions, and was also just fun to converse with in general. I will definitely use Plumbing Masters again.

We cannot thank these guys enough for helping us with our complicated waterline repair! I mean, between the retaining wall, the boulder field that is our backyard, the bizarre layout of the line itself, working with our Home Serve insurance.these guys got the job done. They were just great throughout the entire process, and we are so relieved and grateful to have that nightmare behind us. 100% recommend.

The technician did quality work, it just took a lot longer than it should have. He was a little slow but thorough. I feel that I ended up paying for a lot of extra time. The bill was about twice what I expected.
