Plymouth Meeting Family Dental, East Norriton PA

I received fabulous service from the dentist office! From the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist. I had an emergency with my tooth and they were able to see me (new patient) within 24 hours which was great! Office is clean and staff takes proper protection against COVID-19 all the way down to providing new pens for filling out paperwork! I would recommend this office to anyone.

My family and I love this place! Dr. Nagelberg is an excellent dentist and has taken superb care of us for years. I definitely recommend Plymouth Meeting Family Dental!

Stay away from this place. I had insurance through my employer. This dentist a year later said my insurance was denied because they billed it as a deep cleaning. I was never told I would owe anything. Metlife covers 100 percent. Now they attached a collection to my credit. Now I have to fight this. This dentist is a fraud.

This truly was the most thorough dental appointment I have ever had. The staff and the dentist were so professional! I highly recommend!

It was very nice. I had a cleaning with Megan which was great. I had an old filling replaced, which was quick and painless. All done in one appointment.

The Staff is very welcoming and professional. The office is very clean. My hygienist-Raquel, was very sociable, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything and super comforting with any concerns or questions I had and so was Dr. Nagelberg. I am very pleased to have Plymouth Meeting Family Dental as my new dental home.

I have met and talk to 5 people part of the staff and all of them are very welcoming and kind to me. I definitely feel the warm fuzzies and that’s something very important for me personally because helps me open up and not be afraid or ashamed to ask for anything. With COVID, the waiting time has increased but it’s a protocol that has to be done in order to keep safety on check, so I rather wait and I appreciate their care.

Great first-time experience. Dr. Savath and her dental assistant, Megan were wonderful. They both took the time to explain my options, and create the appropriate dental plan moving forward.

To be honest going to the dentist for me has always been a nightmare. I never have high hopes for a pleasant visit because my traumatic past. First and foremost the staff took great care of all the patients. Due to the current climate, they have taken all the proper precautions to keep you safe. No one in the waiting room, taking temperatures and recording them. I noticed the staff works flawlessly together (especially Dr.and assistant during the procedure). Speaking of the procedure. I had a broken filling replaced and a new cavity filled. The Dr. (female I wish I knew how to say or spell her name haha) was so gentle and informed me to "raise my left hand" for communication while she was working - very useful. She administered the novacane herself and left me feeling perfectly normal (unlike my recent visit to a different dentist who punctured a blood vessel in my face!). Needless to say Plymouth Meeting Family Dental and this (female) doctor will be my forever dental provider. I recommend! 10/10,5 STARS, and all the best jazz you can give them! All things considered I had a great experience with PM family dental. I was greeted exceptionally well over the phone and in person. Missy and Jen were great with the reception and the dental tech Megan was phenomenal! She took her time explaining everything to me and made me extremely comfortable. The doctor (sorry, I forgot his name. Engelberg maybe?) was also very pleasant and thorough in explaining the plan moving forward. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience I had today.

Raquel (hygienist) is the best! She is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Nagelberg is fantastic. I moved out of the neighborhood but will continue to come back here because of his expertise. Office staff friendly and efficient. The place is spotless and new policies in place to screen/prevent covid-19. Highly recommend!

My first time at the location was amazing. The staff was great. I was treated as a person and not as a patient. I was thoroughly explained each step with possible outcomes upon follow up visits and enjoyed an amazing conference during the entire process. Looking forward to my follow up visits.

I visited during the COVID pandemic, and was apprehensive to visit a dentist’s office. I was super impressed by the precautions the office took with me. They had me wash my hands first and subsequently disinfected the sink. They really put me at ease. The hygienist, Sally, is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She did an awesome job explaining my problem areas and teaching me proper home care for those specific issues. Dr Savath-Kim is the nicest and took time to hear my thoughts on my dental health. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Greater Philly area.

The care and service was very professional, fast, and friendly. They have very good COVID 19 mitigation practices.
